“Air conditioner failed in the 3500 ram took it to key diesel. They put a new one in the dash and also replace the heater core while they were in there at their suggestion made a lot of sense at home. Didn’t drive it for a little while and it did not cool it anymore Took it back. They said they’d take care of it and it took a little longer than they thought it would, and as it turns out, I believe that the new unit they put in the dash blew out the unit in the engine compartment, but because it took so long , and I had a problem getting a hold with my phone I think my phones issue they replaced it at no cost to me. I am so very grateful for that. I would take anything gas or diesel to them with no fear thanks, Matt.”
“My transmission on my 2012 GMC Sierra started to fail after 211,000 so I checked with a few different shops for quotes. I decided on the Shift Shop because of how helpful Heidi was on the phone in explaining their process. They were also able to get me scheduled sooner and the cost was definitely competitive with the other options. On top of that they provide a 3 yr warranty.
A month later I started having some issues that I thought was related to the transmission so I dropped it off on my way out of town. They called me later to inform me that it wasn’t my transmission but my manifold. They referred me to another shop about 15 min away but since I was out of town wasn’t able to do anythIng until a few days later. They went out of their way to drop my truck off so it could get fixed while out of town and I would have a working truck when I got back in town.
3 months and over 6,000 miles later and the transmission is working as good as new. Highly recommend this locally owned business.”
