“Did a great job on my 2011 CTS. Got into an accident on Christmas Eve. Got my car fixed within 4 days. Looks good as new. Great pricing and ability to use scrapyard parts. Very pleasant to deal with and honest people.”
“Ypsi’s LaFontaine Kia always strives for top-notch service even while booming with business and heavy customer traffic. I regularly go for service thanks to their thorough multi-point inspection, and on top of checking literally ANY concern big or small the crew is on top of important alerts such as recalls. During a mundane oil change they made sure to mention the anti-theft device I qualified for and installed it with my consent same day :)
Overall: a communicative staff, quality reminders/summaries to know exactly what you need or don’t, and good affordability across the board. I book most often with Samantha, who is knowledgable and considerate, not to mention Kayron at the desk is always a delight to chat with. Huge thanks for all they do!”
“The shop was very responsive and understanding of the situation once I got my insurance and claim number involved. I read a lot of good and bad reviews on here but a lot of factors can delay the process of fixing one’s car. We live in a time of ups and downs but if it wasn’t for heritage collision taking the reigns with my insurance and getting the quotes and estimates it would put the problem on me to find another repair shop. Yes they did a great job on the repair and communication was key. Mike did a great job but I only just got back the car. The timeline was over a week for me. I will comment on this post in a couple weeks if there is feedback on things that might have been missed. For now the car looks great in the pics below. Thank you again for all the help.”

“THE BEST CAR WASH & THE BEST PRICES!! Very courteous management/owner. Wash bays are always tidy. Washing fluids are always full. The equipment is new/updated. I have never been disappointed when washing my vehicles here. I travel from Ypsilanti because I know I can always count on the best wash for money! Wash bays start at $2. YOU CAN’T BEAT THE VALUE! Hands down, the best self-serve and automatic car wash.”

“Got my wife's car done for Mothers Day. The level of care and attention to my equipment is important to me. Amazing job and even bumped us out due to rain. Really cares about customers!”
