“We have been customers for eleven years. Although they are not the lease expensive pet care in town, I think they are worth it. Staff is professional, friendly and has assisted me at every turn. Their website has many tips and seasonal reminders. Even when we are away for part of the year, they are responsive and follow through with what they say they are going to do. Can't imagine going anywhere else!”
“We absolutely love Dr. Mabel Redondo! She is so great with our cats. They have been anxious at the vet before and both were so much more calm in her care. She is calm, thorough, and so extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. She was very patient and did not seem bothered or annoyed by the amount of questions my partner and I were asking her. We have had sub par experiences with veterinary offices in the past, and we are so grateful we found this practice! The staff here is amazing and the vibes are quiet and professional which is perfect for our cats. What a wonderful practice. They truly care about your cats wellbeing here and they do not treat you or you cat like a number. We can’t recommend this place enough!”

“Best vet in the area for exotics! I take both my rabbits and my birds here. A few days ago, I woke up to my rabbit Olive not wanting her breakfast. This is extremely unusual for her. She didn't even want a treat, which is when I knew something was absolutely wrong. So without hesitation, I called all creatures, and they had a cancelation and were able to get me in. The doctor and the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel like they truly care about your fur baby. When we walked in, there was a sign welcoming Olive. The little things like that are why I love this vet so much. To add, the doctor was very gentle and throughout along with the techs. They did an amazing job, and a few days later my baby Olive is back to herself! I truly want to say thank you to the doctor that day! Without her, my baby might not be okay right now. One last thing, this place has amazing prices! Once I got the final bill, I was surprised at how cheap it was! Overall, I am thankful to have found this place. I will definitely continue to bring my exotics here! Thank you all for being the best!”
“We had an awesome experience here! The vet was so friendly and really took time to explain everything about my puppies' broken leg. Staff followed up the next day and I was able to figure out my dog was having a reaction to a vaccine she received. They were super helpful and accommodating with all my questions! We will definitely make this our new vet for our other pets too”

“When my cat needed emergency care after life altering care and neglected at another vet, they took her in immediately without hesitation when we were desperate even though they were unable to save her.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this office and especially Dr. Dukes. My puppy was neutered here, and the next day his incision opened after he managed to lick it when I wasn’t in the room. I called right away, emailed a photo as requested, and they got back to me quickly and told me to bring him in the same day, even though it was two days before Christmas.
Dr. Dukes and her team took the situation seriously and got him seen right away. They put him back under, re-stitched the incision, and made sure he was properly cared for. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Dukes was calm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She was also very understanding of the situation and even gave me a discount and antibiotics at a very fair price, which I truly appreciated.
What could have been a very stressful experience during an already busy time of year was handled with such kindness, clear communication, and urgency. I felt completely confident that my puppy was in excellent hands and that Dr. Dukes genuinely cares about her patients and their owners. I am extremely grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. Dukes and her office to anyone looking for a skilled, responsive, and compassionate veterinarian.”

“I took my cats Murmur and Floof there at different times. Murmur was born with a heart murmur. Noah's helped her stay healthy while monitoring her condition. Eventually it caught up to her and she passed peacefully in my arms. Noahs sent a card shortly after expressing their condolences. Floof kept chewing on her tail. They figured it out and she was back to herself a few weeks later. Doc and staff are very professional and courteous.”
