“Our dog needed her CCL/TPLO hardware removed from her knee. The original surgeon who did our the knee operation was going to charge us an incredibly large amount. I wouldn't have been able to afford it. I spoke directly with Dr. Pratt, who was informative and kind, ovwr the phone. We scheduled surgery after receiving a quote that I could actually afford. Morning of surgery was so smooth and they were so good to our dog. I feel like more places like this should exist. Everyone along the way explained what would happen, the cost and the consequences. I will use them again (if I have to!) And HIGHLY recommend them. A+ and 10 stars if i could! ♡”

Dr. Donato and the entire staff were amazing - honest, caring, and supportive throughout the whole process. They made sure we understood what to expect, and we felt completely comfortable and involved in Hans's care from beginning to end. Our other Frenchie, Franz, even got to be somewhat a part of it all, too!

“So Dr Frye is great and all but not at all a fan of his sur charge for paying with a card. This is literally the only establishment that actually charges me to use my card and over the years it's added up to be a lot. I own my own business that's much smaller scale and even I have methods in place so people can pay with a card for FREE. Next to no one uses this option but it's still there for the small amount who do purely for customer convenience. With sky rocketing prices everywhere you'd think they'd be doing what they can to make their services more affordable but no! This place actively keeps archaic technology around at the customers expense.

“I had a excellent experience today at Easthaven animal hospital. I was surprised the Vet was on video not in person presence. BUT both Techs were trained and both worked as a team to visually check my cats eyes and his body examination. The vet diagnosed my cat and explained everything in layman's terms so I clearly understood what was going on with my cat. They were loving and gentle with Gizmo, a medication was prescribed. Price was reasonable, actually less than quoted prior. I also used Cherry to pay, I had already was pre approved and ready at checkout. My experience was a 10! Awesome Veterinarian animal hospital! I highly recommend it!!”

“I highly recommend the Ypsilanti Animal Clinic, my little Darcy, a terrier mix, had a variety of issues and was very lethargic and not eating much and definitely not herself.
The staff listened to my concerns and were professional and very compassionate with my concerns.
Dr Kunoff diagnosed her condition and developed a plan to get her well, I was moved to tears at how well my little Darcy is doing now and is back to being herself

“I can’t say enough good things about this office and especially Dr. Dukes. My puppy was neutered here, and the next day his incision opened after he managed to lick it when I wasn’t in the room. I called right away, emailed a photo as requested, and they got back to me quickly and told me to bring him in the same day, even though it was two days before Christmas.
Dr. Dukes and her team took the situation seriously and got him seen right away. They put him back under, re-stitched the incision, and made sure he was properly cared for. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Dukes was calm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She was also very understanding of the situation and even gave me a discount and antibiotics at a very fair price, which I truly appreciated.
What could have been a very stressful experience during an already busy time of year was handled with such kindness, clear communication, and urgency. I felt completely confident that my puppy was in excellent hands and that Dr. Dukes genuinely cares about her patients and their owners. I am extremely grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. Dukes and her office to anyone looking for a skilled, responsive, and compassionate veterinarian.”

“I took my cats Murmur and Floof there at different times. Murmur was born with a heart murmur. Noah's helped her stay healthy while monitoring her condition. Eventually it caught up to her and she passed peacefully in my arms. Noahs sent a card shortly after expressing their condolences. Floof kept chewing on her tail. They figured it out and she was back to herself a few weeks later. Doc and staff are very professional and courteous.”
