“I bring both my buns here. Got them both fixed with this clinic and bring them in for their regular check ups and any time anything seems slightly off. They have accommodated my late in the day panicked calls and managed to get me in. They are SO good with rabbits and even when you call they can get advice from the vet for you until you are able to be seen. I appreciate all they do and have done for my two floofs (Not to mention the cost for exotics care beats anywhere else ive seen!)”

“This vet was new to us with the arrival of our new dog in 2023. They were recommended by a neighbor, and we have truly had a wonderful experience with them. Last week we had a preventative teeth cleaning with anesthesia. The vet came in prior to the procedure and was incredibly thorough in going over what the procedure would look like and what the potential breakdown of costs would be. Every staff member is so sweet and patient. I had no worries at all when I dropped my girlie off for the day.”

“I have three rescued dogs, two females, one, my lab, is young and goes into heat so I have to keep the male separated from the girls inside. He has been living in an enclosed porch. It’s warmer there than outside but he was still needed to come in. I went to the humane society to surrender him with the request to adopt him once he has been vaxed and neutered. But they surprised me and scheduled him free of charge for his surgery. Within a week he received the care and came home to a welcome inside. He’s rescued and then saved. Finally a happy young potty.”

I will advise their schedule is very full! So it can be very challenging to get in for any immediate appointments. But, that sadly seems to be the norm with vets in Ann Arbor for the last several years.”

“Recently brought my anxious 22 month old rescue pittie to this clinic for the first time. She is a very sweet girl but incredibly vocal and jumpy. Almost all of the staff members were immediately welcoming and excited to meet my dog which is refreshing considering pit bulls usually get a bad rap. We waited in our assigned room for nearly half an hour before the appointment truly started, but luckily the exam was thorough and I received multiple resources for training anxious and hyperactive dogs. Scheduled our girl's spay surgery on the way out, with which they were very detailed when explaining each fee for surgery. New client wellness exam for my dog was only $50, so pretty reasonably priced considering the depth of care and advice they provide. I would recommend bringing your fur babies here!! Plus they accept CareCredit!!”

“CCAH has been great to me and my dogs. My first dog Maximo had severe heart failure and required frequent visits before he finally passed away. It was always easy to get timely appointments and the staff were incredibly caring. He had really bad anxiety at every other vet we had been to before moving to Ann Arbor, but he was always relaxed at CCAH. My new dog Matilda also loves this practice. She gets plenty of treats and pets. Attached is a picture of her patiently waiting for staff to come back into the room so she can get more attention.”

“I had a excellent experience today at Easthaven animal hospital. I was surprised the Vet was on video not in person presence. BUT both Techs were trained and both worked as a team to visually check my cats eyes and his body examination. The vet diagnosed my cat and explained everything in layman's terms so I clearly understood what was going on with my cat. They were loving and gentle with Gizmo, a medication was prescribed. Price was reasonable, actually less than quoted prior. I also used Cherry to pay, I had already was pre approved and ready at checkout. My experience was a 10! Awesome Veterinarian animal hospital! I highly recommend it!!”
