I had an issue that for some reason required me to visit a USPS office in-person. All other USPS location kept telling me I needed a supervisor but they were never available. After coming to this location Gregg helped me so much. He saw through my issue until the very end and gave me a lot of helpful advice!

When I moved from Dimondale to another location they made sure my mail was forwarded because I had an approval letter approving surgery coming. The new postmaster was awesome opposed to just 4 years earlier and the gal was so rude I refused to go inside.

I can't get thru to my Dimondale post office. I received an email I had a package waiting with postage due.Two large orders have not arrived, ordered two months ago.

We have mail and packages addressed correctly and still can’t get our items delivered. Sometimes they even have stickers on them that say no such address. Very frustrating.

Great staff, but why is this Post Office only open 6 1/2 hours a day? They open late and close early. Very frustrating sometimes.
