I went in to shell gas station for a cup of ice for my mom and a cup of hot water for my dad and I use my parents own travel mug and the lady who was the manger charge me for the travel mug of cup of ice and for water when it should be free we have never been charged for ice and hot water now I understand charging people for like soda pop or coffee or even for food and candy but hot water and ice it's not right in my opinion

Hours, are a joke. Correct your hours so you don't disappoint and hurt other people. I asked to borrow someones bike to go and get my pregnant girlfriend something to eat. 27 degrees out. It isn't open people dont go! New years hours are lies. My pregnant girlfriend went the night ght hungry thanks to your dishonest hours. New management, and staff please.

Honestly, Debbie the old lady who works there should be fired. Every single time I come in There she is yelling and so very rude. Not the type of person to be in customer service.

I am 20 years old, my ID is from when I was 16 and I have lost a lot of weight since then. I got denied to buy a pack of cigarettes, which were for my dad. Whatever it was two old ladies I did not catch there names, but I was mildy upset, as I have never been denied a sale. But the reason for the 1 star, is I had my mom go back in to buy them, and she overheard them talking about catching a fake. It's one thing to not feel comfortable making a sale, but to outright call it a fake is very upsetting. I would recommend skipping over this gas station, overall customer service is just better any other one around it.
