I'm a customer of AT&T since 2014 they were very nice and care about their customer now it's a retail store and they are selling their products they don't care about the customers anymore I am very disappointed with this retail store

I went to the Wixom store on Wixom Road. Robert took care of my problem. He listened and shared information with me as well. It was good to know that I could do what was told to me. Great customer service and my favorite store! Thank you Robert!

I went to my ATT store in Wixom. Robbie the store rep greeted me right away. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to me and made suggestions to help me decide what worked best for me.
