Renting a Uhaul here was seamless, took less than 5 minutes to check in. The dolly and blankets we rented were already out for us, blankets neatly folded and the truck was cleaned very thoroughly. No issues at all with our rental truck. Would absolutely rent here again!

Teri and her team have taken care of our family every weekend 9 months of the year for the past 4 years. Her and her husband are incredible, accommodating, and truly put the customer first unlike other uhauls we've dealt with.

Great pricing on storage and nicer than most other storage facilities I have seen. Used them for uhaul for the first time and return was easy.

Absolutely ruthless and unprofessional, a worker at this location decided not to communicate with me before renting out a truck that I reserved for 24 hours to someone else. I am filing a complaint with U-Haul today. My entire day had been planned around the movers that day and because this location gave my reserved truck away. I had to seek another U-Haul truck at a different location that was very far away. Nightmare of an experience.

Update:Owner acted like he cared and called to see what he could do to make it right, but when I called him back he never responded. So all in all absolutely terrible unprofessional service.Terrible customer service. I have a unit here that has insulation falling on my stuff. Instead of offering to fix it or offer me a discount for constantly having to clean my unit they only offered me another unit, which is great but I have no help to move all my big items out. I believe I talked to the owner (female at the desk) and she didn’t even seem to care.
