Impossible to get a hold of! They canceled a wire transfer I needed at 4:30 in the afternoon without warning and no time left before they closed to take care of it and totally screwed up my closing. A guy named Andrew called me and left a message to call him back, left me no extension number or last name to use their dial by name function. Called the main line multiple times to clear this up, was on hold forever and couldn't get it taken care of before the end of the day.

I have been a member of the CFCU Wixom location for a couple of years now and it is fantastic, aside from one bankteller. He has been continually rude to me every time I have had him helping me out. I am a younger woman and I feel as though he does not respect me at all. I have noticed how differently he treats male customers, my dad included, who had this bank teller help him out through the drive thru while I was in the car and was treated significantly better than I usually am (I offer the same kindness as my dad). On my most current visit there I was depositing cash, and he made an incredibly passive aggressive comment about how all of my bills weren’t facing the right way, when I have come in there countless times before without having to do so and even if he wanted me to, there was definitely a nicer way of saying it. I apologized, and he said nothing. He then kept noticeably sighing which is so petty. I love this bank, and I think it’d be a better place for everyone if these concerns were brought to attention.

I had a vehicle stolen that was financed through CFCU. CFCU persuaded me to start the auto loan process for a new vehicle while still dealing with the stolen one. CFCU stated because they knew about the situation they would work with me. So, I started the process per CFCU’s suggestion. I found a car and CFCU told me to send the PO and proof of insurance over for final approval. At the last minute CFCU backed out because they wanted proof from GAP that they would be paying the remainder of the loan. Long story short I contacted Alex at Genysis and he was able to get me approved and in the car in no time. I would highly recommend Genysis credit union to my friends and family. Alex is always willing to help and always goes above and beyond!

I've said it once and I'll say it again, the amount of customer service that I feel is achieved at this bank is unreal. I'm very happy with them. I had to make a stop at the bank today to handle some important stuff and Julie once again made it happen. She's fantastic. I'm grateful for her and the bank.
