Very poor customer service. I would recommend going to a different branch. Workers seem unwilling to help.

The worst bank ever! Staff is rude and manager is horrible. They are not helpful or accommodating and during covid the lady with black hair used to work with her nose dripping infront of the counter absolutely disgusting will be taking my business somewhere else !

Called the bank after having two attempts with online banking to help with a big issue with my account. Every person I speak to gives me a different answer. The person I spoke with was not helpful at all and only made this entire head ache worse. Time to find a new bank.

Unprofessional staff. Drove my mother in law here today to withdrawl some money. They refused to let her make the withdrawal when she had her ID and debit card with her. Showed the teller her account on the app on her phone. The teller told her that 4000 dollars was a large sum of money and that they didn't know her and she didn't open the account there.I've never had a teller ask me for anything more than an ID and debit card and I make withdrawals of 2-6k every couple of weeks and have cashier checks made all the time.Teller told us we need to drive an hour back to Ohio in the original branch we opened the account with to straighten it out.Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a bank. If they really thought that it wasn't her card and she was trying to make a false withdrawal then they should have canceled that debit card right away.It just comes down to either bad policies by the bank or a really bad teller. I'm betting it's a combination of both.We will be withdrawing and closing the account. Thanks for your help today fifth third you made a simple transaction cost you a customer and waste a ton of two peoples time.Personally I'd be embarrassed to work at this two star establishment good luck tho.

very unprofessional response from staff at this location when i called for questions regarding auto loans. My auto loan was setup with fifth third bank by the dealership but i have a checking account with Chase, the staff told me to call Chase when i was being directed by dealership to reach out to fifth third bank for account setup. The staff should have transferred me to their auto loan department or at least elevate it to the manager and see if any further info can be provided. Fortunately I was able to call fifth third bank 1-800 number and was directed to their auto loan department and they were helpful by having my banking account setup and was able to deduct car payment from my Chase checking account.

There are new people working there and they are TERRIBLE! I have been going there for years and it has never been this bad. I definitely don't recommend.

Very rude and an impolite manager with short blonde hair. When I went to pay my mortgage payment I asked the cashier about automatic payment, but the cashier did not have an idea how to do it. He asked the manager how to do it, but she said we don't do it here. She said I need to call somewhere. Then I said it is better if I can do it in the back. She said with a rude tone Why can’t I do it through the phone that I don’t have a phone, or what?

Never had such an embarrassing experience at a bank before. The only reason why I even gave it two stars is because they have a staff member (short dark hair) who is absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. They had a $250 bonus for new customers so I decided to give it a try because I was looking for a new bank. Unfortunately, they never had a banker whenever I would come in so I would always have to leave and come back or go to a different branch. After trying out the bank for a few months, I decided that this wasn't the best bank option for me and decided to close my account. There was a blonde older lady here who looked unapproachable from the start, and she immediately questioned me on why I was closing my account. I wanted to be polite and stated that I didn't end up using this account as much as I thought I would've. She looks at my account and says “Oh, you only made it for the $250 that's why.†Absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing. I didn't even bother explaining my issues with the bank, because I wanted to leave as soon as possible after that. She follows up that comment with “You know you have to pay taxes right?†If you are going to offer a $250 bonus for people to try out your bank, there is no reason why you should be shaming and embarrassing people for canceling even if they just wanted to get the $250 out of it. Absolutely unprofessional and only made me realize that I made a good decision by cancelling.

The Fifth Third Bank has incredibly helpful and friendly employees. My banking business is rather mundane, but the employees still take my business seriously and treat me with respect. I often have to wait in line if I use a bank inside of a grocery store. I have never had to wait in line at this bank location. They always have several tellers and several managers available for all of your questions and concerns. This bank location also does a very good job of making sure the snow is shoveled and the sidewalks are not icy if slipping and falling is a concern. Of course they also have the drive through. This is the best bank.

I didn't realize one could have such a negative experience at banks. And I never expected to be reviewing one but I felt I had to after the teller was so needlessly rude following my very basic inquiries. She didn't seem to understand why I wanted a cashiers check or why I was dropping off a tax form (per the instructions of Fifth Third).

Problem solved by the branch manager! Any issues, skip the staff & go right to her, she was helpful.

Very unfriendly teller! It was apparent cashing my check was an inconvenience for her. It was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last.
