Update: due to the owners comment and an email he sent. I’ve upgraded my one star to a three star. Original review: ‘Unfortunately, Futuristics' new policy of not being allowed to vacuum until after a car wash and enforcing it with a rude manager is resulting in one star.’

I love this car wash! The Ceramic coat product they use makes my Tesla glow and keeps my car clean even after rain!
