They’re super rude, they’re way overpriced, and they’re not compassionate at all for anybody in the least. My husband got honed by somebody on their phone and they were rude to him and his tow truck driver. Charged him $467 just to move the vehicle 7 miles from the crash site if that. 10/10 I do not recommend.

Scam artist stealing my property tools a ebike and countless other things. This is illegal and will be dealt with accordingly now. Don't use them if you can not. Hopefully someone sees this that is struggling too do not use this company they do not follow Michigan law you are absolutely allowed your personal belongings anything that isn't attached to the vehicle is considered personal belongings I have 5000 in tools a 4000 ebike in my van they towed because of a wreck they think I have to pay there fees to get my personal belongings when by law they have possesary lien on the vehicle itself not your personal belongings you are allowed 1 visit no charge to get your personal belongings they know there's a lot of value inside my wrecked van and are illegally operating a thievery business they should have there contracted revoked by the state and it's going to happen. Please if your reading this look it up if your facing this problem I am they are running a business illegally against state law. Chat GPT this info

The service technician was good the issue is the change in pricing with out being told they make up pricing as they go and it's never what they claim even after providing photos giving detailed information the price was triple what it was supposed to be and they didn't inform of this until they were done . On a side note you wanna get rich quick do winch service.

One of your drivers was riding my tail end for a good mile heading South on Pontiac Trail in Wixom right before West Rd (I was going at least 55mph in a 40mph)... naturally, I brake checked him to get him to chill out, especially being in a company vehicle, you would think he had some decorum but no, he becomes enraged, speeds up around me & swerves into me as if he's about to run me off the road & practically does... Then proceeds to ride up the middle turn lane from the train tracks to West Rd Intersect with his emergency lights on just to pass me & the car ahead of me, stopping traffic all while doing so. Mind you this guy has one of your larger freight tow trucks. We always use Hadley's, have for 25+ years, but knowing you hire drivers like the one I encountered 25 minutes ago, myself & extended family will be taking future business elsewhere.

We were charged $750 to get back a trailer that they towed less than six miles. The trailer was STOLEN from our property and later found abandoned by the police. We picked it up the very next day after we were notified. I called another towing company in Wixom and asked what their charge would be for an impound situation with these details. They said impounds are more complicated than straight tows, so it would be $350, if we retieved the trailer promptly, without incurring storage fees. Now I feel we were VICTIMIZED twice.

They tell you they start $125 but they charge you $175 start then they charge $$$ “after hours” when they’re open 24hrs (scam), then fuel charge $$$, credit card fees, and more.
