The best thing about this hotel is their food service!
Good breakfast with a big variety of food. The food area was very clean, and organized. The tea and coffee area was wonderful! The hot water, variety of teas, creamers etc was very nice.
The hospitality was amazing, and the employee Elham was the sweetest and kindest person!! She greeted me and others every morning, made great conversation and worked hard to keep things wiped down, restocked and tidy. Elham would be my reason to return here to stay while I'm traveling on business. Thank you Elham for being so amazing! Holiday Inn Express, you are fortunate to have her on your staff!! Thank you!

Took the kids for the night to get out of the house and go for a swim in the pool. Our stay was amazing! The beds were comfortable, room was clean, friendly- quick and easy check in/check out provided by Cortez at the front desk, as well as an awesome breakfast provided by Elham! The best continental breakfast we’ve ever experienced. We definitely will be staying here again and highly recommend. The staff here is 10/10!

Food and drinks: Elham is so sweet, kind and nice to us every time we come here! She so committed and loves her job and makes every one feel so welcome. She deserves a raise for her natural ability to be kind to customers no matter what! 😊

Booked a room for a night for my young daughter's birthday and the activities surrounding it. I reached out before check-in to ask if the staff could leave a note or something in the room telling my daughter Happy Birthday as a little surprise.
We arrived to the front desk clerk, Elda (who is absolutely amazing) telling my daughter Happy Birthday when she handed us the room key, as well as a room with cake, balloons, and a happy birthday banner hanging above the beds.
Phyllis, the GM, was very quick to respond to emails, extremely friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests get that "wow factor". Everything you hope to see in the hospitality business.
I will definitely be staying here again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

A weekend getaway with the husband to relax in the area brought us to this establishment. We found the hotel in a group of other hotels arranged in what felt to be a safe area and layout. Walking in you could see how clean and updated it was, and it smelled fresh! Our room was clean and just as advertised on the website! Plenty of plugs and usb ports, with storage areas arranged in a useable fashion that pleased us. Loved having the sink on the outside of the shower/toilet room. I personally love the Dove line of products and was excited to see that this hotel has them as their product of choice in house! The mattress was a bit soft for our liking, but I'm sure others would appreciate it. Sleep timer on tv remote was a bonus, not having a menu on the tv of what's on was a minor annoyance. I never heard any noise from the roads/expressways around us. Noise through doors is as expected when happy children load adults pass by. While I did not use the workout room this trip it did look nice enough. The first night the hot tub wasn't up to temp, but we had called and was warned that a repair was currently being made. The next morning all systems were go and we enjoyed the hot tub for the rest of our stay! The pool area was clean and towels always in stock. Breakfast both days offered something a little different as well as the usuals. The area was clean and stocked the whole time by a charming lady name Elham. We would also like to say thanks to Camaron! We had only checked in for one night, but after our pleasant overnight we decided to stay another night. He was very helpful in letting us stay in our room instead of having us move to another. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect since you are so close to many different shopping areas. Breakfast was great! Elham is very kind and attentive and the food was awesome!!

I had a great stay there. They were very helpful, and got us a cot for our room. The star, though, was Elham. I believe she setup up the continental breakfast. She said good morning, both mornings I was there. She then walked the room, welcoming all the other patrons as well. :-) Good breakfast as well, had pork sausage (links, and patties). I'll be staying there again, then next time I'm in town.

Bad housekeeping, bad management. The breakfast was terrible And they give you little Caesars pizza that is cold for dinner . I asked her for a receipt and she told me no . I stayed here for a week now. I’m on my way to get a room at the Hampton Inn For the Rest of my day here. When I checked in on the first day, I got there the room was nasty .so they had to give me another room
Noteworthy details: Housekeeping is very nasty. I asked for a To clean my room when I get off work, it was not clean

Clean, updated rooms. No cracked tiles or any weird building issues. And props to the breakfast staff for handling what looked like a preteen basketball team. They were going through the food so fast but there was still plenty for everyone else.
