literally the worst company i have ever worked with. impossible to reach these people. or provide any support whatsoever. currently without my diabetic monitoring cgm. and can't figure out why or when they will send me my supplies. guess I'll just pray I dont end up in the hospital. thanks j and b!

I have been trying for two months to get my diabetic testing supplies. My doctor has sent the prescription three times. I have called and messaged several times. I am getting nowhere. This company is not taking seriously their job of supplying very important medical supplies.

I've never had an issue with the company itself. The staff is really helpful, I've never had problems with timing or deliveries but I will say that the quality of the products that they can offer, specifically diapers and pull-ups, are terrible. They don't offer very many options either.
