Predatory towing company. Had an employee park her car for a few hours in what looked like an open lot. No visible signs about no patking etc...( we did finally see 1 small no parking sign after searching the huge lot ) when she returned from diner, her car had been towed. This company charged 400.00 cash only to get her car out less than 24 hours later. It couod have been picked up the same night but they would bot allow it. I have had many cars towed for one reason or another including semintrucks and never been charged such an outrageous amount. My employee is a grandma who takes care if her grandkids and this was her only means of transportation so she had to comply to get her car back. Shame on you for taking advantage of her and I'm sure many others. He commented that they are a family owned business and can charge what ever they want. Shame shame shame. I know who I will never call for a tow.
