I want to give a big shoutout and kudos to our local UPS Store — specifically to Kody for his outstanding customer service today. He went above and beyond to help us ship a very large, heavy, and awkwardly shaped package.
From the moment we walked in, Kody was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the shipping requirements, double-checked the dimensions to make sure everything would go smoothly, and made sure our item was properly packed and secured for a safe journey. His attention to detail and professionalism truly made a stressful task so much easier.
It’s not often you find someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Kody, for your help today — you turned a shipping headache into a breeze!

Kody and Erik, the two young men who are usually at this location when I go in, are great! They are always very focused on customer service. They are patient, energetic, and thorough. They work fast but pay close attention to detail. They explain everything and answer questions kindly and thoroughly. This level of customer service is a rare find these days. I was just at this store today and, again, appreciated their stellar assistance! Thank you, Kody and Erik!

This store was so incredibly helpful for me today, I was making returns. I wasn’t sure how to do it, but the nicest man taped up my stuff and explained some went to UPS Store and the rest of my return had to go to the post office. This Brightened my whole day.
