After I purchased my vending machine (for technology) I had the ol "bait and switch" saying I had to upgrade to a better checkout screen for $1000 or wait over 6 months for the one I ordered. I took the bait.When the machine was preparing to ship I began asking for detailed instructions on how to populate the checkout screen with product info and marketing messages. I got a brochure on the device - no instructions.We asked again the day we loaded up the machine with products and were told we had to call the credit card processor for support. The credit card processor didn't respond for days, then asked for all kinds of information about the machine including proof of purchase, telemetry data, etc..... Several days later they said they would not be the right party to support the screen, go back to the manufacturer (Crane) - which is where we started on day 1.We went back to the manufacturer and they said we needed to fill out a credit app in order to get access to the marketing screen - noting that it would not be used for credit. They've had our credit app all week and still nothing.So we've had our machine for more than a month and this $12k investment has still not been deployed. Regretting not going with VMI instead.

Customer service is fantastic. Real people with real care here, our vending machine is 4 years old running strong, with help to the great over the phone support.

I have had the worst experience ever, dealing with VendTek. I placed an order for a brand new Vendo 721 and Crane Media. I paid a hefty penny for them to come with card readers installed and “door to door” delivery. Imagine my surprise when I am greeted by the delivery guy placing two 500lbs machines just outside the door of the delivery location with a damaged leg on the Vendo.The delivery guy refused to move the machines inside the establishment. Specified delivery was literally 8 paces inside the door. 1st floor. No stairs.After renting a dolly from a nearby Home Depot and finding help to get them moved inside, the card reader on the Vendo 721 did not logically connect to the machine.The sales Rep and Technician at VendTek refused to dispatch someone to replace the damaged leg but instead instructed me to hire someone to come out and replace it.As for the card reader, here we are 5 months later and they have yet to fix the issue. I purchased separately a Nayax card reader and installed it on the machine for testing. After troubleshooting with both Crane (Cora) and Nayax, it was determined in both cases that the machine was not communicating with the card readers.VendTek has given me the run around for months. After paying thousands of dollars for two machines that were advertised as “brand new” I am still battling them to make multiple repairs to the Vendo 721.I waited a very long time to leave this review. I wanted to give them a chance to right this wrong. As of today I am still getting the run around for my broken machine. 0/10 I would NOT RECOMMEND!

VendTek has done excellent service work and deliveries for us. Professional on time and reliable. Recomend them for any service or machine needs.

A definite must for anyone seeking QUALITY used vending equipment. I have purchased four machines. The machines are in high traffic areas. The machines have provided excellent service.
