“I will not take my dogs there ever again.took my dog there she was going to have puppy's ,she was not eating drinking going to the bathroom or nothing,they took her temp and gave her a iv with electrolytes , her sides were hard as a rock .told me she will have her pups in 1 to 2 days ,she was carrying 6 pups , which they were worth up to 3,000 apiece .well that night she died called emergency and they told me put her in a dark place and leave her alone, by rights they should have had me bring her in . NOT so I lost my dog and pups and Alot of money ,but they madee pay them 256.98 for what they did Don't go there they don't care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“My year old kitty was very sick, stopped eating, stopped playing, was very lethargic and throwing up. His vet wouldn't see him for a week which was unacceptable. I called Airport vet and they got my sweet baby in the next day even though he wasn't a current patient. The were so kind and gentle with him, turns out he had pancreatitis. They explained everything to me thoroughly, showed me the blood tests and x-rays. Got him some in office treatment along with meds to take home and got his records from the previous "vet". Two days later he's back to his playful hungry self! Airport Veterinary Hospital is his place now and I will always recommend them to other animal parents because they prioritized his care and well-being.”

“I absolutely LOVE this place! The Doctors and staff I’ve encountered have been so kind and caring. My more recent experiences with veterinary offices (last ten years) have often felt rushed; you feel like a number. However, this office stands out far above the rest!
After moving back home with our 10-week-old puppy, Mille, who was sick and needed to be seen ASAP, Commerce Village Vet was the only vet willing to see her immediately (including my previous vet). Other offices had appointments in 10-14 days if I wanted to wait that long, or they suggested I take her to an ER vet. No way could I let my girl continue in pain for that long. Also, she was a puppy, and I wanted to start Ellie off with her new vet and the best experience possible. I didn’t want her first vet appointment here to be traumatizing.
Since our first, we’ve had several visits, and each one reminds me how much I appreciate them and how happy I am to have found them.

I have been going here for 5 years with my standard poodle, who has gone from getting bite at doggy daycare & having to have surgery with Dr Lubana, to stomach issues, ear infections, etc we have always been able to get an appointment. “The staff was very patient with our new puppy as she worked through some anxiety on her first visit. They jumped right in to help get her in the building and settled. During the appointment, they were very present and spent the time needed to answer questions, provide recommendations, etc. and never seem to be trying to rush us out for the next appointment.
