Got my RWD camaro stuck in the snow/ice in a remote area (like an idiot). They showed up in about 20 mins and towed back to a parking lot near the main road. Price was very fair. The driver (Mark) was very professional and friendly. A+

If I could give this company a 0 I would. First off we didn't want our vechile to go there after the crash but that's who Oakland County Police called. They quoted us $395 on phone got there he said $445. He did fix mistake but was rude.

Stay away from this place if you don’t want unecessary damage to your car you care for and unecessary charges. NOT friendly people either. Ruined my bumper, ontop of that charged an extra $25 for WINDOW WRAP when they had rolled my window down and left it down to SARAN WRAP my window with my window being 100% operational and them having rolled it down. Left my car disgusting, touched and moved around multiple items in my interior, popped my hood as well leaving dirty finger prints and marks everywhere. Top class fraud and scam. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, CAR, AND TIME STAY THE HELL AWAY.

My car was taken hear after a crash and when I got it back they had smashed my car even more than it had been. They smashed my whole passenger side along with my trunk. They also left the key inside my car and killed my battery and rummaged through all my items. I also had candy in my car which they ate and left the wrappers all over.

They price gauge like you wouldn't believe. They are unprofessional and the woman that works there slammed the door on my foot. $670 for a 10 mile tow, plus $30 a day in storage fees. What a rip off. Horrible experience. BBB will definitely be hearing about this.
