Got 20 wash car still dirty and asked for rewash or refund got attitude from lady then she reran my car still dirty she running her mouth about its road grime and that it won't come off even though I can wipe it off with my hand she got big attitude and told me get off the property cause she didn't like another customer asking if I had to rerun my car and I showed said customer so I was told to leave or she calling the cops don't go to this place horrible car wash just taking your money and horrible service I have never been to any car wash and had to go back through ever

AWFUL! Doesn't clean your car, leaves soap and water all over it, broken parts in their system and won't fix it, won't answer calls. Just continues to take your money and bill you for monthly passes without good service! What kind of business is this?

Went today. There was a lady pulling me in. Friendly smile and helpful. That’s rare at car washes. Made me want to get the fast pass. Great carwash. No line. Easy in out to traffic.

Our family has had fast passes on at least one of our cars for almost 20 years here, and when we moved to a dirt road last year we added a pass to our other car. Two months ago the wash literally snapped the “shark fin” antenna off our ford edge; you can see that all the plastic attachments are broken right off. The car wash says they are not in any way responsible and won’t even work with us by extending our passes for any length of time as compensation or customer service. Terrible experience and so disappointing after being loyal for so long.

Front end and tailgate were still dirty. They didn’t use a brush. Bugs still on front end and bird dropping still on hood. Dirt was still all down the sides of the truck. Didn’t look like it was even washed.

I would give this car wash 0 stars if I could. I took my new car through the wash and it added two scratches to my mirror. Also it did a poor job washing the rear of the car. There was still plenty of dirt on the lift gate when I got home. Wash your car at your own risk.

I've been in the area for 5 years now and have the unlimited package. I don't drive down wet dirt roads and I use Zax because I live on a partial dirt road and I like my vehicles to be clean. They don't spend any time with the spray prep, when you ask them to spray for bugs they do the driver-side only, apparently bugs do not go on the passenger side. When you ask them to spray the lower rear bumper that never gets cleaned by the brushes they don't do that either and the car comes out dirty still. Other Zax locations are great (Brighton and Westland). Not looking for a hand washed experience, just want a clean looking vehicle.

I live right down the street from this and was a regular user. After receiving multiple large scratches on my car after using this car wash, I was ignored and pushed away while trying to get in contact with a manager. That went on for over a month before a manager graced me with his presence to tell me there’s no possible way his car wash could’ve caused these scratches. Never again will I use this car wash when there’s plenty better options a mile away.

CANT EVEN GIVE THIS ONE STAR!Took our car through the auto wash and car sustained scratches as a result of the wash. Contacted the manager and asked that the owner contact us to discuss. To date have been unable to discuss with owner who will not call us back.Pretty certain this isn't the customer service they should have.

After the car wash scratched the entirety of my trunk, I asked to speak to a manager immediately. Was told to write down my name and number and the owner would contact me the next day. After over a month of no contact from the owner, and multiple trips back into the car wash, I was still given the same answer. "Oh I'm so sorry to hear that! Please write your name and number and the owner will call you immediately." Do yourself a favor and go to any other car wash, there are plenty better establishments with better prices and customer service. Zax is a joke.

Not responsive. They charged my credit card after I cancelled my plan. Three emails, Phone call message and two inqiuires on the web page I can't get any response. Last time I sign up for one of their prepaid plans.

Absolute worst. Billed my credit card after I cancelled my subscription.Email and called with no response. Finally responded only after I e-mailed asking the Owner Brian Blaskey to call me. Never going here again

Lamest vacuums EVER! No real suction. Fisher Price makes better ones! Nice feature to have a change machine available but it doesn’t work.
