I lost my glasses a couple weeks ago. I needed a new Optomi...optim....eye Doctor.Being from another state, in an area I am unfamiliar with, I needed to find someone local, that was good. So many choices on google, but where to go?I picked one, and drove there. I arrived and was greeted....by THE GRINCH! I was handed an onion when I arrived by said Grinch. Finally, a place that truly gets me!Seriously, every single one of these ladies in this office were kind, smiling, even laughing at my horrible jokes. I was truly surprised and pleased I was able to find such a wonderful office to visit.Austin, Tabitha, Krystal, Yvonne, Sydney, Emma, The Grinch. Thank you for being so awesome, patient, and extremely helpful.The icing on the cake? Dr. Navreet Singh administered my exam, and took the time to ensure I was clear. She was patient, and explained some things to me that I did not know about my own eyes.This is the place you want to go. These ladies know what they are doing, and they love their jobs.Take my word for it. I would HIGHLY recommend AMERICAS BEST-WOODHAVEN to YOU. I would not go anywhere else after this.

First time visiting this location, but I am a long time Americas Best customer. I’ve always had a good experience with Americas Best, but this was by far THE BEST. Everyone was lovely, great personalities and service all around. I can’t recommend this location enough!

They have a great selection ofeye glasses for the entire family.Price range is reasonable, depending on what you are looking for. I didn't get eye glasses today, nothing spoke tome today, but I will return again.

I have used SVS vision but with change of insurance I had to find another that covers my insurance. I got my eyeglasses but the lens quality was poor. I didn't get their cheap buy 1 get1 ones. Then I was told that with the kind of insurance (Davis) I have even lost or stolen glasses are covered. I was surprised to know that but happy since having kids, I usually misplace my glasses but i was assured that it is indeed covered by my insurance. Then I couldn't find my glasses and went to ask about it and I was told that they only replace broken or damaged ones. If I wasn't told when I got my glasses that I could get a replacement within a year for lost glasses, I wouldn't have come and ask for it. Then I ordered contacts and also didn't have a good experience with the process. I am not using America's best again.

Tabitha and all of the ladies there were great. Very smooth experience from intake to exam to pickup of my new glasses. Everything was explained along the way and I was made to feel very comfortable there. Never a rush to pick out my glasses or decide on lenses. All of the options were explained to me but they did not put pressure on me to buy more than I wanted. Great experience!

I have been a long-time customer of America's best I recently went in there in February the girl that was working picked up my glasses for me I was rushed they were busy I paid $500 and was rushed out the door but before I left I was told if my glasses broke in pieces I could bring it in and they would replace the glass is completely now they told me they cannot replace him because the arm broke and three days after receiving the glasses I called and told them I was not happy with the way they looked and the design of the glasses and I just called to get them fixed and told them I was not happy with them and she told me if I had called within 30 days of receiving the glasses they would've replaced on which is not shell I called three days after I receive them and they told me I was pretty much screwed I paid for him that's what I got when I was happy with them or not so now I am going to pick up my script And will never go back to America's best and the woman I spoke to the manager would not help me or work with me in any kind of way so I will not be going back there and if they tell you something I suggest you get it in writing because if you don't it doesn't matter what they say they will not comply with what they say so get everything in writing I am going to Nessie to get my glasses online frames start at 12:50 and they are sharp no different from the glasses at America's best I suggest you get your prescription and start shopping online for your frames and save about $300 thank you I hope you have read this and understand that they will not work with you no matter what they say get it on paper get a writing and I will not be back to America's best thank you For reading my complaint and I'm sure I'm not the only one that's had a problem there good luck and I suggest start shopping online

Sorry this is late but Austin is by far the BEST eyewear tech at America's Best in Woodhaven. I had dropped my sunglasses on the ground outdoors and the right bow was bent. I went in to see if anything could be done or if I'd have to order a whole another pair of frames. Austin took a close look at them and said she'd do her best to try and fix them but warned me they may break. I told her to go ahead and try. She did her "magic" and fixed them and they now fit better than they did when I first bought them! Austin is always so kind, talented, and is very helpful and when selecting frames, ordering contacts, etc. Thanks so much Austin!! I really appreciate you!!

The staff was orderly, efficient, and personable. I’m often overwhelmed by a variety of choices, but Austin did an excellent job navigating the many options available to me. She was kind, well-informed, and professional.

Great customer service. Had an issue with my insurance but it was all worked out. Antionette was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She explained my new script, she took her time comparing lenses, and made great suggestions.

I had the best experience getting an eye exam! The Receptionist was very nice and checked me in even though I was 5 minutes early and then being taken back to the tech room Emma was amazing! She was super nice and made getting the dreadful tests so much more enjoyable, the doctor was very nice and the optician was very helpful when deciding on glasses. Tabitha the assistant manager was outstanding, she helped explain everything to me and it helped me understand where my money was going when it came to purchasing what I needed. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I would 1000% recommend going there and seeing all those lovely ladies.

The actual eye doctor was nice and friendly.. but the other girls that worked there we're very rude and unprofessional. As I was waiting in the seating area I heard them talking about other patients and making fun of them.. which made me uncomfortable. One of the girls was making fun of a customer that she had literally just helped.. saying that she was fat and shouldn't have been wearing what she was.. I couldn't believe it. How disgusting and horrible and the fact that they weren't quiet about it at all and I could hear them clear as day laughing and acting like a bunch of high school mean girls. I live down the street from this woodhaven location.. but next time I guess I'll have to make the drive to Monroe.. or just fine a new eye place all together definitely not coming back here.

Should be no star! Horrible customer service, no help picking out frames, I was even going to settle with getting the same ones I bought last time, as she was not interested in helping, and she said " well go get them" she was miserable from the start and you could tell she hated being at work, I asked her 1 question after we sat down and I went to get the frames myself and she snapped at me! I told her I was not there to argue with her and she was snide again, I told her I would come back on a better day and left without getting my glasses, as I was leaving the manager said "yeah on a better day for you" she didn't even know what transpired. Seems she's also a poor excuse for a manager.I want to say that the eye test was courteous and professional. My advice seek a different location.. just to note, I have emailed corporate as of Mon July 3rd and no response.

The check in was polite and friendly, the dr was very professional but the rude girl who waited on you after to pick glaases or contacts was super unprofessional and RUDE, Don't ask any questions, she doesn't have the time to answer or the correct answer. I left without any answer because I was not willing to tolerate her.it was probably the worst experience I've ever had!

Austin, Hooked me up with helping me decide on which pair of Sunglasses and eyeglasses :-) She was very patient with me as well. Also I had an AWESOME experience with America's Best and would most definitely recommend them
