The staff in this store is so rude. Incredibly so considering they are never busy but always seem too busy to help. I've been to other locations and the staff was friendly, warm, and helpful but this store isn't a good look for the company. I'll have to drive father but I'll have to try the Allen Park store to see if it's better. Avoid this store if you're looking for any help whatsoever.

Customer service is awful here ! I am so sorry that I came into your store wanting to buy from you and I've bought here several times. I've been licensed for over 20 years. It was from the time walking in the door to the time leaving was not pleasant. I asked about a sale and it seemed like I really bothered her for her to come over and show me what the sale was and then for her to get an attitude After and day she doesn't know all what it apply for but the one I had in my hand was definitely not on sale , how dare I ask a store employee what all the sale includes!! Now the other lady working with her was very sweet and nice I'm sorry that the person you have running your store is so miserable. I will no longer be coming here. I will drive to Taylor every single time after spending like 30 minutes in the store I didn't purchase anything because my number all of a sudden is linked to somebody else and God forbid she does a little digging to look to find my number. I've been buying from you guys since I started beauty school back in 2003.
I also would like to add that it was not busy in there at all. I was the only one in that store.

Absolutely shocked and disgusted by MANAGERS attitude…I dread going there because of her but it’s 5 mins from my house so I go….she had been so rude anytime I’ve gone. Forget asking her any questions about products because she acts like she doesn’t have time for your questions and you should already know! Never has a smile on her face and always has an attitude. WHY ARE YOU THERE???Yesterday’s interaction with her was the last straw for me. SO RUDE and 0 customer service skills. She doesn’t want to help customers and doesn’t know how to work the computer system. I had an unopened product that I purchased and day before and changed my mind and wanted to return with my receipt. She Couldn’t do a return back on my debit card because her employee made a mistake and pressed wrong buttons. Couldn’t open the drawer and continued to give me a refund on a store card without asking me if it’s ok or communicating that to me. I said I wanted my payment back to its original form and she proceeded to give me a nasty attitude and said she couldn’t because THEY made a mistake so now I’m forced to get store credit. How ridiculous does that sound! Then she tried to FORCE me to look at my bank statement in the store to see if MAYBE the refund worked. I’m beyond appalled by this!!! If I could fire this lady myself I would! She needs to go!

This store is absolutely terrible. I was excited when they opened because it’s closer to home than Salon Centric, but I will tell you the drive to Salon Centric is WORTH IT! These employees at Cosmo Pror are rude and very unwelcoming. They are always standing behind the counter with their arms crossed. They’re less than helpful. They are also highly uneducated in hair!

Overheard Stephanie say some horrible things. She also spoke bad about the Taylor location but, I always have a good experience there. Will not ever return to this location.

I LOVE this location! These girls always help me with whatever I need, and go above and beyond! Special shout out to Breanne, who went out of her way to help me in purchasing JOICO openers, and hunting down the hard to find shades I was looking for!
