I paid almost $200 to surprise my wife for Valentines Day. I ordered a week in advance and paid extra for delivery to her work for holdiay surcharge. She has been asking for Edible Arrangements for years and I wanted this to be a special day for her. I always thought it was over priced but decided to cave in this year. By noon, the delivery was still not out. I requested this be sent to my home instead since they couldn't guarantee a delivery time. My home is actually closer anyway. 5:00 and still no delivery. I called in and spoke to Rei who only explained that 400 people were waiting on orders and they would only refund my delivery fee. Some Valentines day this is. I am away for work and my wife has to now still wait around for this delivery. She had plans but had to cancel them to receive the delivery that is still not there.

I would give this store ZERO, if not negative stars if possible. Why?The area had inclimate weather that resulted in power outages. I placed my order online and the store accepted it, why if they had a power outage. Called me the day I was to pick up the order and told me my order would not be available because of the weather and power outages; okay fine whatever, went elsewhere and purchased what I needed. However, I was told my purchase would never be processed through the credit card that the charge remains pending until the the store proccess the order by the store, yet the purchase was proccessed, again, why! I called the store to notify them of the charge and they argued with me that the order was refunded 2 days after they processed the charge. WHY WAS THE CHARGE EVEN PROCESSED!!! The store CALLED ME and told me they would not be fullfilling the order.... so why was my credit card charged!!! The store then tells me the credit card was refunded, however if it was refunded it would reflect such on my statement (it does not) and WHY TF was my card charged to begin with!!!! Poor customer service and horrible 'I know more than you, matter of fact' entitlement attitude from this store! Currently disputing the charges with my credit card company because they cannot find where the charge was 'refunded' by the store either. I suppose my credit card company didn't receive the refund information either in the mean time I'm accruing intrest for a purchase that SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN PROCESSED BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAPPEN!!

Half of my order was missing from the Woodhaven store and no one answers the phone to speak about it. Will never order from here again.

Sent my fiancé some chocolate covered fruit and a cheese cake for his birthday I was super disappointed when he came home and the apples were brown and dried up. The strawberry’s were mush and for the amount of money I spent I shouldn’t have received over ripe fruit. I’m embarrassed and will not be purchasing again.

My arrangement was left in the hot sun on a porch for over two hours. I could not get anybody to help me and I left messages and emails and still have not heard from anyone and it’s been over two weeks.

I ordered a desert plate, brownies, cheese cake cookies. And a fruit platter. 100 dollars.. cheese cake and brownies tasted old. Cookies were good. Fruit plate pineapple hard, strawberries tart, apples were good but they left the sticker on the apple. Way too much money to be soo disappointed ?

I have never walked into a business and been greeted in such an aggresive tone before. It was made very clear by the young girl working that she was not okay with customers coming into the store. I don't know if she was busy in the back with something or what... but certainly felt like we were "bullied" out of the store.

I would NEVER purchase from this company. They gave me the wrong arrangement on mother's day. They told my daughter they would refund the missing fruit which was supposed to spell mom which of course according to them was worth hardly anything.They also sell a service (which is why less than $10 product costs $70) and for my daughter they ruined her gift and it was too late to order anything else. Were is the compensation for that? On top of that, the strawberries in the arrangement were small, dry and hard. I just bought a pound of strawberries for a dollar that was so much better. Unbelievable.
