I waited a minute just for my order to be made wrong, also 10 dollars for a sub with 2 pieces of meat on it. It's not worth the money. I was trying to try something different for the first time and I'm highly disappointed.

If you want good customer service or for your online order to take less than an HOUR to be prepared, skip this place. They also refuse to answer their phones which is super weird.

Come on now really firehouse , me & my daughter sandwiches were so saggy you can barely pick them up to eat them it’s not like we had them sitting before we ate them, we looked inside the greasy boxes that both of our half of sandwiches was in boxes looked like they rubbed grease on both boxes just a mess. Looks like they cut 1 sandwich in half to make 2 orders smh.

Charged me double the price that I was supposed to pay, and then told me there was "nothing they could do about it" afterwardsEdit: and then they add a very insincere automated response instead of actually doing something about it. Very bad night time staff and customer service responses.

Ordered Hook and Ladder salad and grilled italian chick salad..both day they have mozzarella cheese...NO CHEESE ON EITHER ONE$9 a salad that would have been great...tried to call the store repeatedly NO ANSWER!!

I went here for lunch. When I walked in I realized that I never see any of my U.A.W sister/ brothers here. I see why. They are very slow & In my opinion do not care about their customers. I asked if I could bulid my sandwich. I was told yes.I asked for ranch on the side. You can see I didn't add mayonnaise but my sandwich had mayo. I called & ask is this mayo & was told yes. I was told, "we can make it over". I say, "ma'am my lunch is over. I take the sandwich back AFTER work. Why is the manager telling me I was rude & disrespectful because the lady said I scared her when I raised my voice in saying ma'am OVER the phone & ask to see the sandwich. I told the manager that's not disrespectful or rude. I never cussed or threatened anyone. Ihave a egg allergy & they can have the sandwich. I never received apology. I was treated like I was trying to get something free. I paid & gave a tip. The manager was rude to me. Never mind that I have a allergy never mind that I didn't get lunch.Never will I support this store. Throw the whole store away.

We placed an order online because we were in a bit of a hurry. We waited an extra five minutes past the pickup time to even go inside and when we got the the counter our order had not even been started, despite it being very slow. They also informed us that they didn’t have the soup I ordered, which was fine and I swapped it for something else. It took us an additional 30 minutes to get out two sandwiches, and they forgot our drink. Fine whatever. No big deal. I sit down, bite into my sandwich, and I swear the girl didn’t even read the ticket. They offered to remake it but by the time they did, which took an additional 15 minutes, my spouses food and the rest of my meal was cold. A waste!The amount of time it took me to receive a preordered and prepaid sandwich is asinine.
