Made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for a brake inspection, was also concerned about the brake fluid since my Highlander had 189k miles. While the brakes & rotors checked out good, I ordered the fluid replacement - in and out in a few hours. Excellent service, very competent staff, helpful and all at a low price. I will be back to this store. Thanks!

They were so honest and helpful and I am just thankful and amazed. Another company would of just made me pay $1600.00 and not tey to fix the peoblem, however the team there was like let us check everything out first to make sure the problem isn't something else. And they found the problem which was $200.00 I just can't thank the employees enough. It would of been my entire paycheck to fix my car. I would recommend them highly

This was the worst service I have ever had, employee's very rude and lazy, wouldn't even get off their chair to check my milage. They claimed to have "rotated" my tires. WRONG I checked after and they were not done. I also get my fluids topped off with every oil change., they did not do that either. everything almost empty, and worst of all. All I did was go in there for an oil change and all of a sudden 5 different lights are on after. Will be going to flat rock now. This place sucks

As always the associates at Woodhaven Firestone were attentive to our needs and completed the work ahead of schedule. They have even gone out of their way to accommodate our family without an appointment when the unexpected auto emergencies have arisen.
