Helpful and didn't go for unnecessary of charges.Refreshingly was a painless process to drop a vehicle off and didn't come with normal dealership headaches

I always go here and get the "works" package. They didn't rotate my tires and said they did.(2nd time, didn't realize didn't the 1st time, until they did it again). I know because I have a slow leak in a tire, and it's been the same tire the last 2 oil changes. If they rotated the tires the slow leak would have been moved.Alsoleft with no washer fluid in reservoir, because the light came on...I thought works package meant top fluids off. They called asking how was my service. I explained all this and the people said some one would call back. That's been almost 2 weeks, and no explanation. This is fraud and can be dangerous to consumers if this is common.

I live 2 hours away. I contacted the dealership and they assigned “Lety” to assist me with the car my dad was interested in. She was not very responsive nor helpful when we try to make offers. The process should be: 1. Someone put in an offer, the salesperson represents the buyer and ask the manager. She pretty much straight out rejected our offered. After that, she doesn’t bother to respond to my message anymore!I asked for another salesperson to help me but they rounded me back to her again.I bought many cars through many dealerships through out the years and by far, this one was the worst!

Sales is a joke, when I bought my car I thought I was getting a good deal but more likely I got taken to the cleaners. Went to work the next day was talking to my 2 coworkers who had the same exact car just different color. They told me they $18k brand new for theirs. Make this make sense, I paid $17500 for a car that had 60k miles and was 1 years newer. The only benefit was the warranty. The service is a joke too, went in to have a oil change and tire rotation. They splattered oil all over my bumper, hood, windshield, and both fenders. They said they rotated my tires they did not, because I had a small blemish on my one rim and it was in the same spot from when I dropped the car off. On top of waiting for 2hrs for an oil change. Just stay away from here.

I brought my car in for a small repair and they said they were going to rotate my tires as well. I thought well, That's really cool of them. but they didn't do it. They said they did it, but they didn't what they didn't know is that 1 of the tires was different from the rest and after I got my car back and they told me that they had rotated the tires as well. I knew that they didn't because the oddball tire was still in the same position. I really don't like being lied to.

I took my 2011 f-150 to this dealership 3 times (the main Gorno Bros ford, not the quick lane facility down the road) for the same problem with my vehicle. The truck was vibrating around 40 mph, made a rattling noise when accelerating from a dead stop and the truck hesitates upon acceleration. Like it doesn’t have any torque or power right away. Also just an FYI the entire drive shaft is brand new. In my opinion, they were never able to diagnose the problem properly. And just continued to guess as to what the actual problem was and just tried to throw parts at it. They replaced clutch plates and said that was the issue. I left the dealer and truck still vibrated. I went out and got brand new tires. Brought the truck back to dealer for second time and they claimed my brand new tires were the cause of the vibration. They said the tires needed to be road force balanced and that I should take the truck back to the tire place I purchased the tires from. So I took the truck back and had the tires road force balanced. Drove the truck, still vibrating. Tire place put a brand new set of Goodyear tires and stock ford rims on to re-test for vibration. Sure enough truck still vibrating. I take the truck back to dealer for third time, with invoice from tire place indicating the truck still vibrating with brand new tires on it. The dealer ship had my truck for over 2 weeks. With in the first week the only diagnosis they had was a vacuum power booster and my exhaust rattled. ($1530 was their price to do the pump and repair exhaust) The vacuum power booster I had just replaced less than a yr ago and was under warranty and the rattle from my exhaust would not cause the entire truck to vibrate. The exhaust hanger needed to be welded. So the dealer said they would have their tech look elsewhere. Finally after another 5 days I reached out to them to see if there was any updates on my truck. 3 days later they finally reached out to me and said my front rotors are warped, there is a rattling from my IWE, my transfer case has a leak and my tires are knobby and still may be out of round. But they said my lug nuts were over tightened and to take them off and continue any further work it would cost $520. I told them I will not be paying them $520 to remove lug nuts and that none of the issues they discovered would be causing this major vibration. I told them I will be taking my truck to someone more capable and I told them I was very disappointed that in 3 separate visits to them, they could not figure out what was wrong with my truck. Just for the record truck didn’t have any misfires to create vibration. And on a side note when I dropped truck off to dealer for the 3 time I suggested to investigate torque converter. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Horrible about returning calls, horrible customer service and over all not capable to work on their own ford products.

I brought my car in back in October and they still have it. It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting on an update. They have atleast provided a loaner car but at the Inconvenience I bring that car back every 500 miles to trade for a new one. This has been a weekly thing I’ve been through atleast 12+ loaners. My work hours often go outside the business hours so I have been loosing wages to do this every week for 3 months. Last week they demanded I bring the loaner I had back right away because it sold and they needed it….understandable HOWEVER i unfortunately was unable to leave work early that day and had to take a write up to leave early to do this again, another weekly inconvenience. Fast forward to this week driving home, I got a flat tire a small piece of metal the size of a quarter so was not able to of been seen, ruptured the tire completely flat and unrepairable. We were told we are responsible for paying for the tire. I do understand being responsible for damages had I of caused damage myself but this was no fault of my own. I am very unhappy with being told I need to pay out of pocket for it when Ford has been working on my car for 3 months and have caused inconvenience for 3 months. I do understand my situation with my warranty and car have been tricky but the customer service I have received have been awful. This is the first ford car I’ve owned and it may be the last all because of the dealership we chose for repairs. I do also want to note I did not purchase my car from this dealership but the service side has done us wrong. I also am adding that they did not throughly go over the paperwork with me and the contract did not specify flat tires only damages that I have caused such as dings, scratches, etc. I will never recommend anyone to have their ford serviced here.
