Great customer service! Extremely kind and easy to deal with. Pick up and drop off service was perfect! Some of the best communication I've ever experienced with a dealership. Would recommend Gorno to anyone in need of vehicle service. Have not purchased a vehicle from Gorno but could imagine I would receive the same level of professionalism that I received in the service side.

I was assured a fuel filter would be replaced and it was not. I advised the employee my diesel was deleted and did not need DEF fluid. I was charged for a gallon of DEF fluid. I do not know where the employee put that gallon of fluid as that tank has fluid in it to not trigger the alert. I was charged over $200 for 13 gallons of oil and an oil filter. I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes.

Ron Molter Leased us a 2023 F-150 Lariat, we absolutely love it. Ron took his time to make sure he got what we wanted, he was very nice. We would recommend Ron to anyone, we truly felt like he had our best interest at heart. Thanks Ron!

1 star because 0 was not an option.By far the worst service experience I've ever had since buying my first Ford in 1988.Over 6 weeks for a repair.Main reason for appointment was never addressed, service advisor was completely useless with bad attitude.Find a better dealership to work with.

Routine maintenance is a must. Gorno helps remind me, and schedule these for me. I own my truck, it's important to keep maintenance records. All is keep electronically on my Ford pass account. Awesome!Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Made sure I understood my vehicles abilities, and controls. Would recommend Gorno Ford & it's staff to all looking to buy or lease.

I wanted to personally thank Gorno Ford today when my car broke down right outside the quick lane and I was stuck in the middle of the intersection blocking traffic. Thank you to Pat Roberts my salesman who helped get my car over to the service department. Thank you Keely for calming me down and for being so understanding. Thank you to John over at quick lane and the other staff member who came over to the intersection to try and get my car started. If you ever need a salesman for a car please call Pat Roberts. He helped me today when he didn’t have to and he went out of his way to make the purchase of lease very well also. Thank you for taking care of me today during a stressful time and taking some extra added stress off of me. I just wanted to personally thank you!

My recent experience at Gorno Ford was amazing. When I walked into Gorno Ford, everyone I came across greeted me with a hello and a smile. I recently purchased a 2023 Mustang Mach E through my salesman Christopher Maurer. This was my first time purchasing a new car from a dealership and Chris made the process and experience so easy and stress-free. He was very nice, personable, respectful, patient, informative, and professional. He always updated me with the latest news regarding my vehicle and would always listen and answer any questions I had whenever I shot him a text message or called him. He worked hard to get me any rebate or discount I was eligible for. Chris sent me over to finance and that’s where I met Jamie Bowling. Jamie went over the price of my vehicle, payment options, and went over any additional warranty options I wanted to put on my vehicle. He was really nice, outgoing, and funny. The sales manager Ernesto Garcia and service advisors Meagan Morris and Keely Vorva were very nice and professional as well. The quick lane staff who put my windshield protector on were great as well. Chris went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. I highly recommend Chris Maurer if you’re looking to buy a new or used car. He will listen and get you exactly what you need. I will be sending my family and friends his way for their car needs.

Their Valet service was amazing! The repairs were done correctly the first time. The service personnel who helped me with coordinating every part of my service experience was wonderful, and she was great with calling and texting me through their text messaging system and answering my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend the Service Department of Gorno Ford!

Sales and Quick Lane is great. Not too happy with Service and the timing it took to repair. Took my car in to have it checked out (extended warranty) and apparently it needed a water pump. 3 1/2 weeks later I finally get my car back. Spoke multiple times to Service Dept. and was told this is normal informing me they only have 1 engine mechanic but are faster than other dealerships, also they would provide me a fleet rental when available but never received one (other than the 10 day Hertz rental under extended warranty agreement). I’ve always preferred GornoFord over any dealership even the ones that are closer to my home. This is the first time I’ve had to use service and just expected a quicker response time. I guess I’ll know what to expect in the future at any dealership.

I meet Christian James through my brother, who went and got a truck from him a few weeks prior. Very kind, polite young man. Even the other staff was friendly and willing to engage in conversation. The place has a home like vibe and no one made me feel unwelcome or awkward. Christian took his time to find what would work for me and even took time finding as many discounts as he could to help me out. He is very quick to respond when you call or send him a text and that is an amazing thing. I will be going back to Gorno Ford so long as they keep people like Christian around!

Very unprofessional. Taking over a month to provide any service to my vehicle so I'm left with no car and they have no estimate as to when any servicing will be done. This place does not care about their customers!! Only trying to get as much money out of me as possible. I was told I can only have a loaner vehicle for 10 days because that's all the warranty covers. They want me to pay $40 EVERYDAY for a loaner while they fix mine plus my monthly car payment! RIDICULOUS!! If the warranty only cover 10 days then make sure my car is fixed in 10 days or give me something to drive in the meantime...

I brought my vehicle in for 4 issues. Leaking back window. Still leaks. Window rattle. Still rattles. Seatbelt sensor. They forgot this one and I needed to leave it an additional day once I pointed this out. This is now fixed. Seat cover replacement. It was replaced, but doesn't sit properly resulting in bunching at the back bottom and front side. Also, damage was caused in 2 areas, car was filthy when returned, garbage was in my center console along with someone's glasses. I was told I would be contacted and to bring it back and they would send it out to have the seat cover fixed. No mention of the damage, trash, etc. My car was also down 1/4 tank and an additional 43 miles were added. Wonder who took my car home for the weekend? When given a survey asking "Did we meet or exceed your expectations?" I checked no, then was immediately texted by my service person calling me out on the poor review. I will not bring my vehicle back here and am currently reaching out to other dealerships for help.

Gorno Ford quick lane manager sends me an email wanting to earn my business back. She sends me a 20 % off coupon good for any service except tires and batteries. Then when I get there to use my coupon on an oil change they tell me I CAN NOT use the coupon because an oil change is maintenance not Service. LMAO great job wanting my business back They suck!
