Brought my Leaf blower in to the service dept with a problem with my carburetor and Alex had his mechanic take a look at it while I waited , wasn’t very long and they had my problem solved ! The charge was reasonable and I am happy , I’ll be back the next time I have a problem or when I need to upgrade my equipment. Thanks for the great service .

Brought my snow blower in and explained problem. Service Department brought it in and fix problem in 15 minutes and the service cost was very reasonable. I would bring my equipment here again and highly recommend it to all my family and friends. The Service Department personnel are very courteous and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Hudson's incorporation I dropped my John Deere off yesterday and they call me before even got home to get my trailer and it was ready a simple fix but they happened to have the part in stock great service If you need any work done come see Alex at Hudson John Deere repair and sales

Called the Woodhaven store and was immediately put on hold. Waited for 10 minutes and they finally disconnected me. I’m done with them. It’s going to be a vacant building very soon

Had my mower repaired three months ago the cotter pin fell out of the gas pedal they had the mower for two weeks even though they said it would take a few days it took two weeks I payed over 300 dollars for an oil change and a tune up also to put in a new cotter pin I was mowing my lawn and the cotter pin fell out again so when they had the mower for repairs they used the old one instead of replacing it when I called up there for help I was told they couldn’t find my paper work and was told to you tube how to fix it myself cause everyone was gone for the day at 3 pm what a joke I will do my best to refer anyone away from that place. They won’t be around long

My mom had her riding lawnmower picked up for repairs, nobody ever called to tell her what repairs needed or were done. They were suppose to drop the rider back to her and still waiting. Also, still haven't been told how much the bill is. I called to talk to a manager and there wasn't anyone available to take my call.

Needed a battery for my lawnmower. Googled it said it was open till noon. I am here at 11:30. It is closed. Put your right hours on Google. And don’t leave early as I saw a car leave from what appeared to be employee parking as I was pulling out. A white sedan. Then another customer pulled in right behind me, also in need of a battery. I was going to come later and Googled to see that it closed at noon, so I hurried up there. A 20 minute drive.

Let me start off by saying that when this was still Sells equipment the customer service was phenomenal. Specifically the parts department.This winter I had some work done to my machine before the upcoming season. I used my zero turn twice, and the PTO belt broke. I was assuming that I would have to pay for a new one, but hoping that Hutson would see that it was not my fault and provide a replacement.I was shocked when the supposed parts manager, Miguel, looked at the belt, blamed me for it breaking, and then told me I could buy a new one and walked away.I wish I could give a -4 stars to this terrible customer service.How do you expect to stay in business when you treat people this way?I have bought numerous pieces of equipment from this location and I will never be back because of Miguel.I did talk to Bryan, one of the holdovers from the last ownership, whom I believe is a sales manager, and he was very gracious and apologetic for Miguel’s behavior.Still, not enough to be treated that way, and ever come back there.
