If I could rate them zero I would! This is place wasted my time and money. Told me 2 days to get my jeep in, took 4, and they didn't even diagnose it. Told me my halos was the problem and would be burnt after they finished "tearing it apart to find the issue"The issue was the aux battery was failing. It wouldn't start one afternoon an just had a single click when trying to start it. My bf replaced both batteries in the matter of 30 mins. Then found something like a tracker hanging from under my dash when I went to the dealer to pick it up since I wasn't going to let them damage my leds, noticed today they damaged my center armrest console open button, so now instead of plastic it's just a metal bracket. I will be in contact to have them replace it. No reason for them to even be in my console.

Michelle talked with Tyler earlier in the day, about a 2024 Ram,so on arriving at the dealership Tyler had a 2024 ram1500 out & ready for a test drive, all ready owning 3 didn't really need too, but the first 6 cylinder still as solid as the Hemi.So after telling Tyler will take this truck he went to work to get us what we ask for in a payment, mileage, he was very professional & understood what we needed. very satisfied with Tyler & the dealership we were looking for a new dealershiponce again thank you Tyler & dealershipMark & Michelle Beaver

Came in with my husband by accident when we thought a different vehicle was listed here but it was great that Chantelle had already been recommended to me previously. My husband needed to do a lease buyout and I was passively thinking about how to get away from a large upside down on a loan. Everyone here was super awesome and went above and beyond to help us get incredible deals we couldn’t pass up! After shopping around at different dealerships for the past couple weeks, I decided to call Feldman. I worked with Dominic and what a great experience that was. He listened to everything I wanted and beat the price of every other dealership I had been in touch with. This was all in a matter of hours. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. All the staff was friendly and welcoming as well.

Samantha Hurley: Service Advisor & John Magiera: Tech>>Both Doors on our 2016 Grand Caravan made buzzing noise and both doors wouldn’t open. X98 Warranty Extension covered replaced actuators-sliding doors. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. John explained in detail what needs to be done while Samatha ordered what our vehicle needed for repairs. Repair were done right and everything worked fine, looks brand new. Went in for information/part numbers -left feeling more knowledgeable, serviced & confident it would done right. Best experience so far I’ve had at any Fca/Stellantis/Chrysler dealership over 25 years of buying nothing but there products. Felt like both cared about the service of the vehicle as well as building a connection. They really took pride in there work and helping which I haven’t seen at this level in other dealerships service centers. No need to go to any other dealerships because they have earned our trust because of there honesty, integrity, communication skills, knowledge and understanding. Thx

UPDATE 8/29/23Spoke with assistant manager of service, they have 3 techs able to work on said vehicles, they in took my truck knowing they were unable to service, as well as not doing the safety recall due on the truck. They are unwilling to make any accommodations, IE any form of transportation in which I wouldn't be financially reliable. In the end it was also stated that they service vehicles that were brought there 1st rather than any other vehicle in for service. So if you have purchased from another dealer do not take your business here.Had an appointment to have my ram 1500 service. On August 16. Truck was never diagnosed or looked at. They pit it in a spot and it didn't move for 9 days. I marked the inner fender and tire with grease pencil to confirm it was moved, looked at or serviced. Just be honest and up front with us when you're not going to be able to service the vehicle on almost 2 weeks of time. Would have never left it. Stay away from their service department. I should've known better since it is a Feldman dealership.

I brought my vehicle to Feldman of Woodhaven due to a loud exhaust. I did not realize it was only 15 minutes until close. However, the technician still took the time to check it out and tell me what he suspected the issue was. He advised me that it was still drivable and to bring it in the following day and they would take a deeper look. He also provided me with an estimate of what it may cost (which was pretty spot on). I brought it in the following day and they took care of me. Their service was excellent and their knowledge was top notch. I would definitely recommend them for your service needs.

I made an appointment. Before they got a chance to work on my truck, they lost power. Mark was amazing and getting me back in there as soon as he could. It was a very smooth process overall.

Arin was my salesperson for my new 2024 wrangler unlimited. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made this a very easy process. This is my 3rd wrangler unlimited lease and this was by far the best experience I have had. He was very upfront and was willing to answer any questions I had. I had a truly great experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and my salesperson, Arin Dunne, was amazing, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond.. not only did he get me the car that I wanted, he also brought out a basket of hot wheels and told my son "mom isn't the only one getting a new car today buddy, pick one out!" He made both of our days great! As a mom I was anxious bringing my son with me to a dealership, but Arin made it so easy and made him feel included in the process! Larry also got me into the payment that I wanted. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from here, and I will be back to see Arin when I'm ready for my third.

The staff at Feldman CDJR of Woodhaven are the best. This is my second time getting a vehicle from them. Last may I leased a 22 grand Cherokee. I turned it in after a year and Tyrone and Nate made the process so stress free and easy. I would recommend going to see Nathan ward for a vehicle. Nathan has been an amazing sales rep for me, if I decide to get another Chrysler vehicle and I’ll be going back to Feldman.

Amazing customer service! They go above and beyond for their customers. Stephen P was the absolute best salesman I have ever worked with and Adam J worked overtime with Stephen to work on getting my loan approved and find a way for me to drive my jeep off the lot that day, they stayed a few hours after closing time, and everything else was closed so it was hard to get a hold of any type of bank or customer service representatives. But together they made it happen.
