Over all we had never had a bad experience with this place before but we brought our GSD in today to be groomed, my dad followed up, they gave us directions because shes a large 100 lbs dog, we get it. She barks at other dogs, but shes friendly to people. We where told to make a later day appointment so that there where less animals. We did all of it, sedative everything. When we arrived we where denied service after waiting an extra 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. If it was just my time wasted i wouldnt care so much but she wasted the time of my elderly father. Are you serious??? When they saw her name pop up, with us as the owner, they should have denied us then, we travel over 20 minutes to this location for MULTIPLE animals. And they've lost all of our business.

Been taking my GSD fur babies to see Melaina since they were 10 weeks old! She does amazing with them! They always smell so good, their coats are brushed and feel so soft afterwards! Everyone we’ve encountered at the grooming salon is always very nice and friendly!!

Prices are a little high for my budget but I love going there and I sing all the animals that come to shop the attitudes could be a little more friendly other than that the store is nice

I have only been getting my 2 year old dog groomed by them since I got her as a puppy. Rachel was the best here. When she left, I started getting her groomed by Zhanna, who also did a good job. My most recent booking, the scheduler(s) kept changing the price of my appointment 3 times by raising it twice to where I went in, canceled it, and re-booked it to where the price went back to what it normally would be. Then it was for some reason lowered once before the appointment. Then, on the day of, they raised it again. All of these 3/4 times it was changed, there was no communication by the schedulers at all. I had to call them on the day of upset and wondering why they kept doing that and that I was not happy with what they were doing and told them if my price was going to be raised permanently that I would not be bringing my dog here any longer. Without hesitation or care, the scheduler asked if I would like to cancel my appointment and I told her yes go ahead. I will no longer be bringing my dog here after only doing so for 2 years and still gave another groomer an opportunity after losing Rachel from here as an awesome groomer.

Fantastic place!! Had to say goodbye to one of our furry family members recently and they were great!! They took care of everything and presented us with all our options and were very respectful about everything.. I already knew their care is great, and they're their when you need them most. Thank you everyone on that staff:)))

Was in store on Friday the 24th with my grandmother buying a starter kit for a rabbit I bought the same day, the store was neat, pets for sale were cared for, great shopping experience overall until I reached the checkout. Once I was in line for my purchase, a shorter, brunette woman whom I assume was a manager came up and opened the second register to do a backup because our line was getting a little long. We were checking out first with her, everything was going okay until I went to gather my bags and swipe my card, when she snatched said bags from my hand saying “you haven’t paid yet!”. I have about a year’s worth of experience in retail, specifically in the pet category, and I have never once been told as a shopper, or a worker that simply grabbing bags before swiping a card, would/should be taken like an attempted theft. And just throwing it out there, why would I even get in line and patiently wait if I was just gonna steal stuff? With my grandma??? Overall just super offended. Great store, but customer service quality has made me decide to never shop here again.

They have a great selection of dog harnesses. I was able to try them on her and walk around the store before I was able to make my choice. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Dr. Keranen and the staff in the Banfield clinic are the best. They really care about the animals. We appreciate all they do.

Took both dogs to Banfield. The doctors made sure to call before procedures. Very professional. Zoey and Sadie will be back
