Gorno Ford Service Dept was great. Went for an oil change. They were courteous and efficient. The waiting room was clean. My wait was not long. My oil change was free and they treated me like any other customer.I would recommend Gorno to family and friends

I went in for "the works" oil change. While changing the oil the service rep came in to show me my engine and cabin filter. They definitely were due for a change and I told him I would replace them myself. "Well what about your shocks" I believe was his response. I politely told him thank you for making me aware that they needed to be checked, but I wasn't interested in any additional repairs today.I understand part of their job is to sell customers on different services, but this guy seemed especially prickly and sleazy, especially when I told him I wasn't interested in any additional service. Just because a customer doesn't want a repair, doesn't mean you have to alter to a rude tone and roll your eyes at the customer.After leaving, when turning on my heat, the blower mower started shaking and ran very loudly. The next day I replaced the cabin and engine filter and removed the blower motor to check it. In the blower motor, there was multiple pieces of debris that likely fell in when they pulled the filter the day before.There are a number of things that could have happened to cause this and maybe debris was just the straw that broke the blower motors back, so I am not blaming Quick Lane entirely on the motor failing, but that with the poor attitude doesn't leave me wanting to return for repeat business.

I took my vehicle in before noon on a Saturday. I had called ahead and explained my issue and asked how long that would take, I was told about and hour to an hour and a half. With that information I took my car in to have the tire repaired or replaced because it had a screw in it. I chose quicklane because I pay for the tire and wheel protection monthly with my car payment and was told this was where I needed to take it to use that service. Customer service was quick when I arrived they asked if I'd be staying or wanted to pickup later. I said I'd prefer to come back because it was my son's birthday and had things to do for his party later. I was told I would be called when it was ready. After almost 3 hours I decided to call them because they were closing in 15 mins and I hadn't heard anything from them. When I called I was told that they were waiting for a tire and they weren't expecting it to be in until late Monday and that my car would be ready some time Tuesday morning. Nobody found it necessary to even call and ask if Tuesday morning was okay, to notify me of the wait or update me in any way. I assume I was just expected to sit and wonder with no vehicle for 3 full days. After I took a moment to process the unprofessionalism I was just handed over the phone I decided to call back and request that they leave my keys in the vehicle so I could pick it up and have it serviced elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them for service unless you love a good guessing game or you just don't really need a vehicle for a few days.

My son’s car was unfortunately vandalized and all his tires were slashed and had to be replaced. Ian took great care of us and got us the best price he could. Someone also dumped paint all over the hood and windshield. Ian had the car taken to a car wash and they managed to get off most of the paint. He went above and beyond his job and we were so thankful for his service and empathy towards our family during a stressful time! If I ever need tires I will drive the 25 minutes without hesitation!

I went in for a wheel alignment and the service advisor said I had several things that needed to be fixed. He comes back with a $900 estimate took fix my issues just to get an alignment done. I took my car to a reputable mechanic and was told there was nothing wrong with my car. I went to Belle Tire they performed my alignment with no issue. Belle tire said also there was nothing wrong with my car. This place is a total money grab.

More expensive than southgate Ford or Gibraltar Ford for a full service oil change! Would not budge on any discount like $5 off like the others give. Absolutely NOTHING

Cant stress enough, I'm so beyond willing to drive 30min to get my car serviced here.The quality of work, the attention to detail that Adam (wrench turner) put in when working on a vehicle is unmatched, its how I am with my car and how I like for anyone else touching my car, to be. Thanks, Adam!And Keely up at the front, she's by far the most kindhearted and welcoming service advisor I've personally ever met. She's extremely thorough in her communication as well as making sure everything gets handled. The rest of the staff I was able to meet were good people too.It was a great experience that I know will be the same every time.So thank you both for everything! -Jay Jones
