Upon asking for help reducing my monthly payment, I was told that they couldn’t. I told him I was going to shop around and see if I could get a better monthly payment. I also asked how much I would owe on my phones if I switched over. He told me about $85. I was fine with that. Verizon gave me a better deal so I switched to them. To my surprise, $354 dollars was taken out of my account because I lost a discount by turning in my phones prior to paying them off. If this was told to me, I would not have made the switch. I will never go back to t mobile. Especially this woodhaven store and I urge everyone to not do business with this store and this company

First off, they don’t even look at u when u walk in. Ur not greeted or anything u just have to stand around until “they have the time to check u in” as I was told. There’s only 2 people ever in here. Also only enough seating for about 4 people so ur just standing around with zero information. Ever since the switch from sprint it’s just terrible customer service.

Always used this location when it was sprint, always had great customer service and experience. Ever since it changed to T-Mobile all of that has gone out of the window. 1st I go about a week ago, no one even acknowledges you or approaches you to see why you are there when you arrive. Compared to when it was previous sprint and they would check you in right at the door. So I have to ask if anyone is going to check me in? Mind you at that time at least 6-7 other people are standing there just as confused haven’t been acknowledged or checked In either. I end up having to come back a different day and it’s the same thing. Finally get seen by a bald man with glasses (not sure his name) and he has no idea how to even interact with customers. Horrible and rude customer service. Any question that he was asked he had answers such as “well I’m not sure about that”, “I don’t know”, and “it all depends”. Even told me he couldn’t even look at my account so he doesn’t know? How do you not know and how can you not look at my account, is this your job or not? It was honestly comical. Won’t be back to this location, waste of time.

Center for over 30 minutes while two employees were working two employees were talking to each other and ignoring everybody then a third employee finally came out and still nobody had time to help me very unprofessional disappointing experience

incompetent. After waiting for over an hour, for a simple service, I was told I was all set only to find that the individual at the store configured everything wrong. It took over an hour and a half for phone support to resolve the issue.

Terrible service!! Messed up my entire account! Took $600 and then messed it all up. Manager didn’t have the decency to come speak to me to sort it out. Went to AT&T moved all 6 lines in 1/5 of the time and for less $$. Will never go there again! Bad business practices.

I visited the store earlier today because my phone was having issues charging. When I got there the lady insisted that my phone needed to be cleaned and to go somewhere else to have it fixed when I tried to explain that I wanted to know if my phone was under warranty she started to be rude and just shrug off whatever I was saying. Luckily a guy named Jesse was able to help me with the warranty issue. I ended up buying an entirely new phone which I am happy with, thanks to Jesse only reason I don't give a 5 star review is the rude lady.

!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wouldn’t recommend T-mobile to anyone!!! I went in on Monday, Purchased a iPhone & Apple Watch, plus home WiFi gateway. When I brought my devices home, neither the internet nor my phone, on T-mobile cellular plan would work in my home. Couldn’t even send a text. I called the customer service number, and they walked me through the service in my area, which she said was very spotty & recommended me to return the products & service. When I went back to the Woodhaven store on Tuesday, the very next day to return these, TODD the manager would not work with me at all on the restocking fees for the devices. I had to pay $90 restocking fee, for their products that do not work in my home w their service. Makes sense right?!! While I was there on Monday, the lady didn’t go over the service area map for where I live. Which would have shown the dead area over my location. Customer service sucks, I’m glad I’m out now, if that’s how they treat their customers I’m more than happy TO NOT BE ONE!!! BEWARE!!!!

The most unprofessional, disingenuous, inattentive level of service I’ve ever experienced. Staff persons dress like slobs and act worse. Claim inability to perform simple customer service tasks, claiming it can only be done via phone. When you point out phone service directed you to visit a store, they magically discover newfound abilities. Customer service up until the point of sale, and nothing but excuses, lies, deceit, and inordinate and unnecessary delay in an almost completely empty store thereafter. Inexcusable, unprofessional, inhumane, and horrific experience.
