Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.

I cannot say enough good things about an employee named Dan in produce! He was very patient and helpful when I was having severe anxiety while trying to pick up groceries. He talked calmly and helped me find several items. His sense of humor helped a lot as well. Thank you Dan for helping an old lady out. This man deserves a raise! These are the type of people you want representing your company!

I walked in 10 minutes before closing on 1/13/24 to buy a very sought after item (I had already been to 3 other places) and the gentleman who helped me back in electronics was awesome. He talked to me about the product and not once did I feel rushed out of the store. I definitely hate being that person who goes into a store so close to closing but with the help of that great employee, I was out before 10 pm.

Usually find everything I need here ranging from grocery shopping to gifts for friends and family. Staff is nice here and helped me get one of my wife’s big gifts for Christmas! ?

I recently visited the Target in Woodhaven, MI, and it was an absolute blast! The store is like a maze of endless possibilities. I went in for one thing and came out with a cart full of items I didn't know I needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful that I felt like a celebrity. I even had a "fast, fun, friendly" moment at the checkout. The best part was the Starbucks inside the store – I sipped my coffee while browsing through the aisles, and it felt like a mini adventure. Overall, Target in Woodhaven is not just a store, it's a playground for adults. I can't wait to get lost in its aisles again!

I travel all over Michigan for work, and the Woodhaven Target is the best Target I have been to. Consistently clean and well stocked with friendly knowledgeable employees.

Early this am before work I looked online to see if they had the Pregmate 50 strip count pregnancy tests, and this store had "6 in stock". So I left a little early so I wasn't late to work (it's been a long pregnancy journey and these really give me peace of mind), I got there and there were none is stock... a very helpful young lady helped me first. She said they just got in today, but had to have someone else come by to assist. Either way, just 5 minutes later, a male employee brought me the Pregmate bag... I am SO thankful for the quick and early help when they're very busy this time of year. I truly wish I got the two employees names that helped me, but ever with something so small, this made my day and my Christmas. These employees work so hard with little recognition. Thank you!!
