“Hello, Storage unit. The ladies here are very helpful and nice. They explained the units in size and took me to the small 5x5 I needed. I look saw and approved it was. I had to get my own insurance on the unit. It's a clean place. They also sale the good box tape, locks for your unit and boxes. Small units to big units. I am happy with them so far. ? Go check it out if your looking to rent a storage unit. Thank you ladies.”

“Mary was awesome with the whole process. She really made it easy and answered any questions I had. We've read reviews about how some people got bed bugs because the truck they rented out might've had a previous renter who had it (not specifically at this location, just in general). I told Mary this and she said that the bigger trucks won't have that problem because it's all aluminum frame inside and welded. She said that maybe it could've happened in a smaller truck like a 10 footer because they have a wood floor. With the truck I rented (26 footer), she assured me that won't be a problem and she was right! She helped make the process so smooth. Highly recommend renting from them and especially renting a truck with all around metal framing/welding.”
“First time ever to make an appointment at the S.O.S. office, I was told by the greeter if you are scheduled check in at window 1 after which the women told me to please have a seat and thank you for checking in.....in the front row I sat actually for 2 minutes where a very polite and cordial women name Stephanie called me up to her window ( you are to be commended for making my appointment 100% painless ) Thank you and God bless you Stephanie for taking great care of me....

“Helpful and friendly staff. Reserved online and when I got there they didn't have the size truck I reserved, but it was easily managed and got the same price to get a different size. Don't know if it's the same price as a standard or because of the mistake. I'd recommend calling in ahead and checking if you really need a certain size truck.”
“Nothing much can improve as all necessary steps and procedures were flawless and easy! I happen to make a call in to the service center as I didn’t have the time or service to download and requests a reservation with the U-Haul app- However the gentleman name Tim gladly walked me through my needs and got me supplied with what I needed. A+ to Timmy, Joe, and Tony as Joe and Tony were there the next day to take back my trailer and were just very happy helpful and delightful to deal with. The store smelled great of fresh pizza, pepperoni rolls, and some other good looking food. I will definitely be using this facility again for all my rental needs. Thank you guys!!”

I'm so glad I received this text message from U-Haul corporation regarding my dealings when renting a U-Haul trailer this past week. I didn't really get a chance to thank the people at the location but now that I have this ability to make comments I would like to say I am more than 100% happy, in fact to be honest I was expecting a very different experience, I thought it would be a slow process to go through the rental details but it was just the opposite I was in and out so fast and that made my moving experience that much better. They took the time to explain the contract to me and showed me the correct way to use the ramp that was attached to my five by nine trailer. Even when I brought the trailer back I was greeted in a professional and courteous manner. The message I'm writing right now about my experience might sound a little corny but I can't praise the salesperson any other way. I can tell you this much I'm planning another move sometime soon and will definitely go back to that same location where I believe that I am welcome and will be treated with courtesy and respect and I know that from previous experiences I will be getting a quality trailer rental at a very reasonable price.”
“can’t say enough good things about the U-Haul team in Detroit, especially the incredible woman who runs the operations. She went above and beyond to save me from what could’ve been a disaster. I left my car keys in the U-Haul and didn’t realize until I was at the airport with only 20 minutes left before my flight. Mind you, I live in San Francisco, so this was a big deal!
She not only called me to let me know but personally drove all the way to the airport and delivered the keys directly to me. Thanks to her quick thinking and kind heart, I made my flight and avoided a huge headache.

“This place is very busy at all times, so be careful moving around in here. Drop and hooks are easy to do. The wait time on live loads varies, as it can be quick or a long wait. Overall, it's not the best place I deal with, but it's far from the worst.”
