staff is extremely rude, went there 10 minutes before close not knowing there hours and an older employee yelled at us the moment we walked in that we needed to ethier get what we needed that second or get out. Would have been a completely different story if she had said nicely that they where closing soon but this old lady couldn't use Basic customer service skills while dealing with customers.

I booked an appointment this morning to get my makeup done for my nieces wedding. Katelyn did an amazing job!! I couldn't have been more pleased. She was very knowledgeable and super sweet. Went above and beyond and made me feel very comfortable. Love to see someone passionate about their craft ❤️❤️ will definitely be back.

Emily is the GOAT she is amazing she is such an awesome human being she always take care good if my daughter and she treats her just like her own . She is very professionally and kind she is an amazing expert in all colors and highlights she is very passionate about her job and her customers .

My brow expert did a great job and always has! I, however, felt absolutely horrible for the other brow stylist coming into her shift right across from me with a wax pot that wasn’t even on. She had a client there waiting for her waxing and the brow expert had to go use another persons wax pot just to get the clients brows completed. It takes 10-15 mins just to heat up a wax pot! Definitely should make sure all of your Benefit wax pots are up and running so the brow stylists can do their jobs effectively. Thankfully, your other brow stylist (had 3 in total working) didn’t have a client so it worked out.

Drove here for a specific product that said it was in stock online. I couldn’t find it so I asked an employee, as this store can be a bit overwhelming. She couldn’t find it either at first but didn’t understand why it said in stock online. After some searching and asking her coworkers, she found it for me. I really appreciated this extra time she took because it was the main reason I went there. For it being the day after Christmas, I found the store to still be nicely organized, the lines were moving quickly, and all the employees were helpful. Thank you so much 😁👏🏼
