Extremely happy with the care and attention that the techs and doctors give to our cats when they are seen at this hospital <3 I especially want to thank Zoie and Dr. Mann for being so informative and helpful when our kitten was sick and for being quick to show us the results and get us what we needed for him to get better :)

I just would like to come on here and give a HUGE shoutout to Woodhaven Animal Hospital, and specifically Dr. Greear. I first took my cat Mavis to her 2 years ago. I rescued him in October of 2022, and he was sick, another vet couldn’t figure out what was going on. The very first appointment with Dr. Greear she was able to tell me exactly what was going on. Borderline Kidney disease, one of the hardest news to hear about your baby. She immediately came up with a plan of action to treat him. He also had inflammation in his belly, so he came in once a month for a steroid injection. Took 2 pills a day. Every single time I had a concern (which was a lot because I worry too much) she would call me back the same day, even if it was 9pm she would make sure she would call me. Fast forward to October 2023 Mavis started to deteriorate pretty quickly. They got him in for an emergency visit as he just wasn’t his normal self. The worst possible news, his kidneys were officially failing. Dr. Greear wanted to start him on fluids 2x’s a week (that she gave us a HUGE discount on because she knew how expensive it was), and pedialyte at home since he was so dehydrated from it. We did that for a week. His last fluids on Friday he came home, and wouldn’t eat. Saturday he wouldn’t eat, I had to start syringe feeding him. Sunday he wouldn’t drink, and his back legs started to give out. I brought him to Dr. Greear Monday morning, she told me it was time to let him go (which I knew but i just couldn’t even bare to think of it). She put me, my baby, and my husband into a private room. Every vet should have this btw, a room to put your babies down that isn’t scary for them, it’s comforting for everyone. A fireplace, couch. She came in and talked to us for about 30 minutes even though she had patients waiting to be seen. She knew how distraught she was, I cried my eyes out and Dr. Greear just held me while I cried. My husband and I were tight on cash with all of the vet bills, she completely waived the $175 euthanasia fee. The office made us a beautiful some memorial pieces for Mavis, that we will cherish forever. She went above and beyond for us, and we will truly never ever forget it. Let me not forget about the amazing staff, that truly loved Mavis so much. This vet was like his second home in a weird way. Even some of the staff came in to say goodbye to him, and the staff was crying too. I will never go to another vet with any of my animals. This office and Dr. Greear are absolutely amazing, and made this hard time a little bit easier for us.

This is the best Vet that we have ever been to. Our last vet told us our dog was going to die of cancer and didn't even check. This vet removed the tumor and checked and our dog did not have cancer. I will only use this vet.

WAH and Dr. Greear my girls and I think you are wonderful. They love their visits. The loving care they give to my two girls (Yorkies) cannot be matched. Dr Greear has been caring for my oldest for 10 years. I couldn’t ask for more from a vet and team and feel grateful that we have them in this community. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind, and always do what is best for my girls. I ask a lot of questions as I want the best for my girls, and I always leave with my quests answered and confident that we are providing them the best care and life. We (the girls and I) are blessed to have you as their health care providers. ❤️???

I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Grear and staff at Woodhaven Animal Hospital! They are top notch in terms of professionalism and empathy. Of my two pups, one is very weary of strangers and has a tendency to lash out. Dr. Grear always approaches him with patience and care, and puts an emphasis on building a relationship with him along the way. This office never pushes for unnecessary products or services, and is understanding of my preferred care methods, whereas many vets are stuck on a very one track mind and won’t budge. I appreciate this practice, and would recommend them to any pet parent who treats their animals like babies! Thank you from Otis & Pearl!

Phenomenal care and attention for my pet has been consistent since the opening of Woodhaven Animal Hospital. This is the type of veterinarian practice that absolutely cares about your pet. From birth to end of life, their care has been consistent and loving. Heads up, there is an incredible wait time to see Dr. Greear, so either plan on spending the day in an exam room or make the first appointment of the day. Hopefully, the office can work on solutions to the long wait time.

Been waiting for going on 45 minutes with Meabe with zero communication or even a quick check-in on how much we’ll need to wait to see the Dr. Not impressed by the quality or lack-there-of, of your service. Will definitely be looking into other options for the care of my animals. This is just one of many concerns at this place.

Our dog had been a patient at WAH for many years (since 2016). I thought they cared, until our dog was sick and we were left sitting for an hour and a half (with no communication) at our follow up visit from her spending the night in the ER. We finally walked out, and when I shared how upset I was, I was basically told “oh well, we did you a favor by squeezing you in.” They were also incredibly rude (over the phone) when I called the day my dog got sick.We never returned.

Sad really, we used this vet for years, the Doctor is great the service is terrible. After missing my initial appt 20min (my fault). I called they said I couldn't come in as I missed my appt. and billed me 15$. Funny I wait for 20min usually anyways when I am there. Then after setting up another appointment they never bothered to book it. Really sad because I like the doctor, but just can't do business with a vet like this anymore. So take your chances if you want to try this vet, but I suggest doing business with another. They could have easily offered a solution but choose not to and instead just billed me 15$.

So I was at their office last summer for an x-ray of my dogs spine. We had to go here because my Veternarians office didn't have an X-ray machine. We had an appoint around 2:45 and got there just in time, because of the train almost made us late. We WAITED in the waiting room about 30 minutes, then finally got in a room where we WAITED and WAITED FOREVER! What is the vet doing back there? Why does it take SO LONG to see the vet? FInally after 2 hours of waiting my dog went and got the x-rays done. Finally, saw Dr. Greer, she suggested getting blood work and have it sent out of state for better testing. Needless to say $500 later...not much was done. My current vet is retiring and I need to find a new vet. I know where I am not going unless something changes in the office flow.I feel like I lost half of a day. And my poor pups had to pay the price as well.

I have had good experiences with this vet. The big issue for me is they care more about making money than their patients experience. After going here for a year I've noticed every time (4 visits) that I was waiting 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. I'd prefer to show up closer to when my dog will actually be seen than waste a large portion of my day. 3/5

My wife and I take our 2 mini schnauzers (Winnie & Frasier) here and have for years. Our poor Winnie suffers from severe food allergies and it has caused her to become especially sensitive to touching. Dr. Greear and the staff there have the patience to deal with our little ones and have treated them with such kindness and compassion. Thank you to you all for helping our pups and keeping them healthy, we greatly appreciate you all!

I scheduled a consultation for allergy testing for my girl Carmella on 3/22/23 @ 3:45 pm with Dr. Greear. We made it to our appointment on time. I made sure to be there regardless of the weather (ice storm) & getting off early from my job. We got there, and we quickly were put into the room. The assistant came in and asked us all of the questions about what was going on with Carmella. We only came here for allergy testing, because we already have a primary vet. So, knowing I sent all her records over prior to our appointment, the assistant said she was due for all her vaccines. and I was confused because earlier that morning we took her to her primary to get an exam. Our primary vet said she was due in MAY for one vax. So, we can just bring her back anytime for it. So right from the start, I thought it was odd did you not look at her records. This is where the waiting started.....waiting & waiting & waiting. Thinking that this appointment would take maybe a few minutes, I even understand waiting for a little while because things happen or emergencies come up. After about 45 minutes I took her outside to potty. We came back in and I asked the front desk when the doctor might be in. The girl at the desk had a look of confusion that she didn't understand why we haven't been seen. So, she went in the back to check & came right back and let me know that the doctor would be right in. We hit the 1-hour mark, my dog was getting frustrated, and scared. She started to tremble. She already went to her vet in the morning & now she is sitting in this small room, with nothing to lie down on but a hard floor. I picked her up and held her at that point. That's when my boyfriend started to get upset. He went out to kindly asked AGAIN when was the doctor going to see us. We got the same answer! We both were upset at that point; all of our patients went out the window. We both agreed to try to stick it out and wait a bit more, but we both knew we shouldn't put our pup through this any longer, it was feeling disrespectful at this point. Not to just us, but our dog! Another 30 MORE minutes went by... 1 1/2 hours we sat in this room, with not one simple update or to just let us know if something was going on or even if we wanted to reschedule if you didn't have the time for us. Things happen! We would have understood! Meanwhile, we are watching people being taken care of that came in LONG after we arrived & they were in and out! STILL SITTING IN THERE WITH OUR DOG THAT WAS SCARED TO DEATH AFTER WAITING SO LONG! We finally had enough! We got our pup and walked to the desk and the girls at the front desk asked if we were CHECKING OUT! I almost lost it! I said "NO" we have been waiting an HOUR AND A HALF and not one soul ever came to ACKNOWLEDGE US! I said you guys FORGOT US!! After all of that... I even rescheduled to maybe give your office the benefit of the doubt! My father referred me because we "thought" your vet was the best around... he was very upset about how your facility disrespected us like we were NON EXISTANT. My father went ahead and canceled all further appointments with his own dogs & also Carmella! Oh...and just to top off the whole ordeal, YOUR OFFICE TEXTED ME to let me know "My father called and asked us to cancel Carmella's appointment, that you will go ahead & take care of it". After how you treated us, why would you even text us? That is just another slap in the face after the visit we had. You lost 2 current clients Max & Grace, Carmella, and 4 potential kitties. I had hopes of changing my vet completely if this visit went well. Before I even booked this appointment, I had Bloom Allergy scheduled already!! I canceled with them because I THOUGHT you guys would be the best!!!! Carmella could have been already tested by now! This was a HUGE LETDOWN. I was so upset about putting our pup through all of this & it will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! We were distraught & upset the entire night. We started looking up reviews here & co
