Laura is awesome ! Always smiling, bubbly, and cheerful. Her efficiency knows no bounds. If it's within her power she gives me what I need. If I pitch something to her, she'll throw her suggestion which always worked out for my best interest. I hope she gets a promotion, raise, or both! We need more customer service sweethearts like Laura until machines take over . One day it's gonna be self checkout like the stores. Until then keep rockin on Laura!!

Kathy is the rudest representative I have ever encountered speaking over the phone with. When asked if I could speak to somebody else or someone above her since my needs and questions were not being helped all she responded with was “No”. I even asked her to send me a copy of my policy to my email that I signed when I got my car loan and she even refused to send me a copy stating “I’m not going to email you look at the forms you signed you should have it from when you got the car loan” She refused to transfer me and continued to talk to me in a disgusting and unprofessional manner. I had to call back and speak to someone else since she refused to transfer me. The person I spoke too the second time was able to help me tremendously and actual solve what I was calling for and listen. Kathy is the reason I will be refinancing with a different bank entirely. I do not want to ever have an experience like I did today.

Worst Zeal location. Opens later than evey other Zeal. Atm is constantly down as well.

Calling is near I'm possible. I live a half hour to the nearest branch and can't get ahold of them on the phone to ask a simple question. Yet whole business relies on having to call to do anything.

I wouldn’t trust this bank with my money they don’t even answer the phone but want people to make appointments. Trying to open an account but can’t even get someone and I’ve been calling everyday for a week now. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. They don’t have no reason to be appointments only. Makes me feel like workers is not doing their jobs. If y’all don’t have in person service y’all for sure should be answering the phones.

Went here around 5:40 doors were locked and note said on door appointment only??? Other credit unions you can walk right in… was looking to open an account here because I was recommended this place

Don't. Even No why this location exists nothing ever works there and employees can't even unlock the front door Is really just going to have to change banks

Friendly staff but if you have an issue and need to talk with someone and have to call make sure your phone is charged. Called several times and first time no one came to the phone just left on hold. Was out of state and card wouldn't work. Second time 30 minutes on hold and person was unable to help. Needed to call Visa Fraud Department.

I frequently visit this credit union in Woodhaven. Always greeted by friendly staff, no long lines for service.

They approve you for a loan in 2 hours at 1.89%, they get your hopes up. And when you find a vehicle you like, they play hot potato when you ask for an update on the loan.
