I’ve been with Community Choice for over a year now and after every mishap or late fee I’ve had they’ve been the most understanding and helpful than any other banks I’ve been with. They’re local as well so it’s very convenient!

I loved worked with Nancy, she was very helpful and informative throughout the process of my auto loan. She thoroughly explained the information to me. Also, with it being my first time getting pre-approved before purchasing my vehicle, I was nervous. But with Nancy’s help, she walked me through the process and helped me close out on my auto loan, so now I’m already on the road with my new car!! She even helped me to get a better discount on my cars warranty as well (vs the dealership’s price). My sister and mom both love working with her as well and have been approved for loans by her through community choice credit union. Thank you again for all your help! 😁 high recommended!

I opened up three new accounts with Tammy one of them was a complex IRA account and she was excellent and knowledgeable and made me feel like my money is going to be put in a very secure place unlike my previous Bank. I also know of somebody who also does banking with Tammy and they speak very highly of her community choice credit Union has picked a good one to represent their company I know my money is in good hands.

Loved CCCU (almost 20 years) until I came to this location. Poorly trained staff and repeated can’t-do attitude is their vibe. Hopefully a change in management will save this location.
