Cycle Connection, located in Wyandotte, Michigan, is dedicated to providing high-quality bicycles and services to the Downriver community. The shop offers a product lineup known for its performance and value, supported by a service department staffed with factory-trained technicians who boast nearly thirty years of combined experience. The business prides itself on a passion for cycling and strives to meet customer demands for service.
However, customer experiences have been mixed. Some reviews highlight concerns about the quality of repairs and the pricing structure. One customer reported feeling overcharged for labor on brake repairs and expressed dissatisfaction with the service, noting that critical parts were not properly reassembled, which could have resulted in safety issues. This negative feedback contrasts sharply with other reviews that praise the shop for its friendly atmosphere, good prices, and the owner's approachable nature.
While Cycle Connection aims to be a go-to destination for cycling enthusiasts, potential customers may want to weigh the mixed experiences regarding service quality and pricing before visiting.
Great experience. Knowledgeable team with a quick and reliable turnaround on my sixthreezero beach cruiser! Also, they go out of their way to help you with the parts you bring and go what the heck is this for and do you have it in stock? 😂😃

I took my bike in to get a couple things changed on it. Wow, great service and fast work. It was completed the next day. Now, I bought a rechargeable air pump there, it works great and is very compact, but I didn't know that a complete charge only pumps up a couple tires at best. Friendly people, great service, highly recommend.
