Brought my escape here to have the transmission fixed. They weren't supposed to be able to start on it for about a week after I dropped it off. The work was supposed to take about another week. I had a back within the same week. It's been about 2 weeks since I've gotten it fixed and there are no issues.

This place is a joke. Took a truck up there recently, they did not even look at it properly. Please do not come here, go anywhere else besides here for transmission problems.

Paid 350$ to have my truck given back to me still broken. The owner makes excuses, and then tells me I’ll have to wait 3 weeks? Over 5 weeks later, I call, and am told, I’m not on the list and I could get added but, it’ll be another 3 weeks.I’ve explained throughly my situation, exactly what I want replaced, and am currently, on a Sunday, doing the job I paid downriver transmission to do, in my driveway. I should of took the job you offered me, and let you show me how to fix my truck, and then quit.I won’t ever take another vehicle to them and I don’t recommend you do
