I can't say enough about Doug. After receiving a non-working gaming PC on Christmas morning, he was able to quickly fix and put the biggest smile on a 13 year old boys face. Doug came into the office to help me out and even followed up to make sure it was still working once I got it home. What incredible service! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am very pleased to write a review for EBS! They are, in a word, amazing! The staff is very professional and diligent. The WiFi on my laptop was not working. I tried everything! I found EBS online and decided to give them a shot. They figured out the issue and did not charge me for the service. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will not hesitate to use their services again. If you are having any issues with your computers, EBS is the place to go!
