My husband has had you guys for years he is now switching banks because of how much of a horrible bank ya'll are. The unnecessary bank fees, the horrible customer service and how they run things there does not make sense. Absolutely the worst bank!

I have been a customer since 2003. I used to really like this bank- I like the security they provide for a local small community banking institution. The service has severely slipped in the last few years - there have been times I wanted to talk to the regional manager and was stone walled. The most recent item happened a year ago - I used my debit to pay for a stay in South Rome at a places called Suite Paradise. The owner and the hotel was a scam- the room was not clean nor as advertised - we left the hotel within 5 minutes of arriving to the rooms s booked at a clean hotel near the Vatican I disputed the 775 dollar charge and this bank - who has made a large amount of money off my accounts - did not fight for me or reimburse me. They sided with the hotel even after I sent them the pictures that I included in this review. My advice is to bank elsewhere - lazy service - unreachable management - closed loop customer service - doesn't fight for members that have given them service for 14 years.
