Can't seem to get "ken with service tech electric" to answer the phone. I see recent activity and don't have any issues calling anyone else. Don't want to leave a negative review as maybe yall need to have your phones looked at or some such. I just want a couple of 240v outlets put in.

I had Service Tech out to my home to do a variety of electrical work and I was extremely pleased. Ian installed a chandelier adding a dimmer, replaced a back porch light and motion-detection light, added a GFI outlet and replaced a faulty hall light switch. He was on--time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I will definitely use this company again!

I have been trying to contact electricians to contact me for a light replacement on our church for many months with no luck. I found Service Tech on Google and Ian came out, replaced the light and revised the electrical and photo cells. Awesome job, accountable and friendly. I would recommend Service Tech to anyone who needs electrical work done any time. He also replaced a timer/switch for our inside the same day. Very happy with the fantastic work. Thank you Ian!

Service Tech Electric was out to my place in less than a half hour after contacting them (after hours no less) and took care of my issue. Great communication in setting up my appointment with Ken. Great job there.
I had a new meter, line in, breaker box, a new line trenched to my garage, new sub panel in the garage, and all new wiring and outlets in the garage. Ian and his crew did a magnificent job with the work and were very fast and efficient. Ian did a great job during the estimate explaining what they were going to do, how long it would take, and why it would cost what it cost. The cost, by the way, was very reasonable for the work that was done.
I'll definitely call them again if I need an electrician.

I've grown tired of the power outages and bought a home generator. The first time I used it, extension cords where all over the house. Not acceptable. I engaged Service Tech Electric to install a 50 Amp power outlet box and Interlock Kit for a Square D Breaker Box. Works great. Their services are reasonably priced. Staff is very knowledgeable. All work done to code and passed city inspection.

Needed 220 ran for a dryer. I recommend ian. He's a young guy with great motivation. Had my needs completed quickly and very professional. On top of all that they gave me a great price. There's a reason they have 4.9 stars on Google.

These are the people you want to hire. They were recommended to me by a Retired Electrician. The crew worked great together. They had a Senior Journeyman, Journeyman and an Apprentice. I had overhead to underground service done at a residential site. Thank you Ian, Joe and Chris for a job well done. Absolutely five star service.

Service tech electric is phenomenal. They did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. Fast courteous, explained everything. They put a new circuit breaker box in, a 220 line and Wyandotte electrical inspector came out and said they did a wonderful job and everything passed. I will recommend this company to anyone Agnes Snyder

Surprised by what we experienced, given the many positive reviews. We scheduled service and were clear and descriptive in what was needed. Tech that was filling in for the owner showed up over two hours late past the window provided, and while apologetic, was unprepared.He didn’t have necessary tools and equipment with him, but still charged us $275 for a “service call”… without any actual service? He diagnosed what we already knew and had described on the phone...Now more than a week and a half later after the initial visit we can’t get a hold of anyone to come back out to do the actual work. I attempted to make contact prior to leaving the review to resolve the issue and did not get a response… I can’t help feeling like we’re out $275 with nothing to show for it.

I'm a super reasonable person and very understanding... so if Service Tech was just honest and upfront that the service we received was unacceptable, it would have gone a long way. A simple note saying "this was not our best, we overextended ourselves, and we apologize" would have been totally fine. But it just bothers me that we never got the courtesy of that or even a basic reply to try and resolve the issue... until... I left a public review. So, to reply directly to what was written in Google: 1. Coming after business hours was not a favor to us. It was an inconvenience. Our time was wasted. 2. The diagnosis provided on-site was exactly what we already knew and communicated. I even told the tech on-site the issue was written in our home disclosures when we bought the property. We weren't looking for another consultation... we were looking for actual work to be conducted. 3. What benefit is it to provide a quote if we can't reach anyone to come back out to do it? Unfortunate!

After looking at reviews trying to find an electrician to set me up with an outdoor outlet and generator transfer switch, I found Service Tech Electric and decided to give Ken a call. He answered right away and came out very quickly to give me an estimate.Ken was extremely friendly and his prices were more than reasonable. He was able to schedule the work in just a couple weeks and maintained good communication the whole time.His team came in and did the work in just a few short hours even with a power outage happening. They were on time, friendly, and professional (even in spite of the heat they had to deal with). Ken even called afterwards to see how everything went, which was really cool.10/10, would definitely recommend!
