“My 76 year old mother brought her car in this morning because her engine light was on… of course she was panicking because she drives to Detroit everyday for work. She brought it in, the guys hooked the little computer to it and found out that she did not tighten her gas tank hard enough. The owner Frank said to his mechanic “don’t charge her for that” let’s talk about how AMAZING that is that he didn’t take advantage of an older customer!! I will continue to refer your business to everyone!! Hence the reason you may be “too busy” keep being an honest amazing downriver business!!”

“In my family, there are four drivers, and three cars. All three of my vehicles are on the road every day, without fail. So needless to say, when I found a screw in my tire, I needed a repair to be done as quickly as possible.
I called Heritage Tire In Windsor, and they were gracious enough to slot me in before the end of the day. I cannot speak highly enough for the office staff and the repair crew! They patched up my tire within 20 minutes, I was not even finished drinking my complementary coffee in the waiting room. Every time I have gotten quotes elsewhere, I always come back because the pricing is always in line or better at Kipping, but more so because the service is always awesome.
