Took me in right away when I arrived and was spot on with the 2 hour wait I was told they would take to fix my transmission leak, for being on a holiday Saturday. They explained dealer parts would be expensive and showed me exactly how he would work around it with a simple hose connection instead. Charged me the exact same price they quoted before starting the job which I thought was very affordable (was expecting a crazy large amount) Car runs great. My new go to auto mechanic.

i just wanted to say Frank and their crew are the most honorable, trustworthy auto mechanics that i’ve met. being a women in the automotive world- i speak from experience when i say shops scam, and they DO NOT SCAM!!! They took care of my care when i was in desperate need, help out my friends at amazing unbeatable prices. and overall- they’re all extremely nice and helpful. they talk to you thoroughly about the problems with your vehicle. i recommend tire traxx!!

I took my range rover there to get a fuel pump, the very same night after their shop close the fuel pump went out. After coming home and looking at the work, he did the wire was burnt out because he tried to fix the fuel pump before it unhooking the battery. Did not tell him I knew because I wanted to see if he was going to be honest.
I took it back for him to fix the fuel pump only for him to hook up the same wire that was defective to a brand new fuel pump and blew my fuel filter in the process, he broke my fuel gauge. I asked him to fix it. He claims that he did not break it even though after I told him, he fixed it then once I hit a bump, it broke again. Then he said that he never fixed it. The shop is a scam go to auto lab or somewhere else.
This guy will see his day in court very soon, I told him I have five kids he does not care. I told him this is my only car he still does not care. I even took my car up there three times for him to fix it and each time he told me he did not have time to get to the car. Do not believe these reviews I am a real customer. Do not go to these guys, you can literally pay Google to make good reviews. I am a real person. Trust me save your money, go ask a real person who has actually been to the shop they will not tell you anything good. If you are reading this and you had a problem with them, report them to the Better Business Bureau, then contact the state who control their license and report them again.
