“I've been going here for years. Family owned business. I didn't have enough money one time and really needed the synthetic urine for a job and the old man gave me 2 of them and told me to come back and pay after I get paid from the new job. Life saver!”
“Cloud Nine is amazing! Their hookah cups are top quality—super smooth pull and the flavors are rich without being overpowering. The customer service from Moe is top notch! Definitely recommend”
“This smoke shop is one of the best around! They have a huge selection of products, from high-quality glass pieces and vapes to hookah, cigars, and accessories. The prices are fair and competitive, and they always have the newest items in stock. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, they take the time to guide you and answer any questions. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my go-to spot and highly recommend checking it out!”
“Absolute gem of a lounge! Corey has a wonderful cigar/tobacco selection, and great prices. The regulars make a stranger feel welcomed, and it's an easy going vibe. Bonus points for the pool tables!!!”

“The guy who was working on 4-5-25 in the Southgate location is the most amazing person ever! The deals here are amazing- way cheaper than other places. And he was so helpful! We purchased the wrong sized product and he was more than happy to exchange it for the right product we needed and it was an even better one than we originally bought and for the same price we paid for the wrong one. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone!!”

“Best price in the area, and they have both mixed and individual tobacco flavors, so they can customize how much of each flavor you want in your cup. They also have buy 6 get 1 free. I have been here a couple times now and Hassan is really welcoming.”
“Great shop with very good prices compared to other smoke shops in the area. The worker was extremely helpful and kind, took the time to answer questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Clean store, solid selection, and overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be back.”
“These guys know how to treat their customers!! I've gone to many smoke shops in the downriver area and by far these guys are the best. I will not go anywhere else after the wonderful service I continue to receive at this location. The customer service is top notch and they always have what you need. If not, just ask and they'll do their best to get it for you. You can't beat their prices. Thank you, Sam and Omar!!”
“I’ve been to a lot of hookah shops but no shop compares to Hookah Ave! They treat you more than just a customer. They treat you like family. Their quality of orange heads is phenomenal and consistent every time I order. Their prices are fair considering how generous they are with the size of their orange heads and the amount of tobacco they put into it. They’ve gained my loyalty.”
“Hands down the best hookah store I’ve been to! The hookahs themselves are top-tier—perfectly prepared every time with an incredible selection of flavors that are consistently smooth and flavorful. They have mixed many different flavors for me to choose from and make sure it’s the one I love! What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The staff is absolutely amazing, genuinely attentive, and goes out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“Visited this cigar shop in September, we were in the area for our anniversary and my wife found their website, we decided to go and visit the store. The gentleman there was so knowledgeable and you could easily tell he knew what he was talking about. He explained and answered my questions no matter how basic they were regarding Cuban cigars. Bonus he turned me on to a cigar brand i did not know about but has now become a favourite. What great experience it was. Thank you.”
“Honestly feels as if their family. I've Been coming here for a good 10+ years very clean, friendly, trustworthy, honest and supportive of the community. Thank you guy!!!!”
