I have purchased furniture from White Furniture Company for many years. They always have a great staff and their employees are second to none. From the owner to the sales reps to the delivery guys. I am always treated with the utmost respect.White Furniture has very comparable and competitive pricing. They always do their best in giving you only the best. Thank you so very much.I’ve been going to them for many years and will continue to do so.

White Furniture is by far the best place topurchase your furniture. Carol Khoury was our salesperson and did an outstanding job in patiently finding us what we wanted. We ordered a custom made Amish dining set and couldn’t be happier.Thanks Carol!

I ended paying full price for something that was off the floor and they did not inform me about it. Salesperson Ms. Carol is wonderful and tried to fix the issue by giving me a gift card for the sales tax and I appreciated that! :-)However, I’m still a bit disappointed that I was charged full price for something that should of been a bit more discounted because it was not New. :-(

This is the BEST furniture store I have ever shopped at! Period hands down! Carol Khoury took her time with me and helped me pick out the perfect kitchen table and chairs. I had them custom made and I know I will enjoy them. Thank you Carol ? You rock!

Very poor experience with product and customer service.When I was purchasing my furniture as a first time home buyer, I was very upfront with the salesman I was working with. I have a dog who lays on the couch, I want something durable that will hold up for a long time, etc. I was sold on how great their customer service was and how they always stand behind the products they sell. I decided to spend the extra money and purchase a custom made couch, with a fabric suggested by the team at White.Fast forward about a year later (6 months of use, 6 months of waiting for the order to arrive) and my couch starts pilling horribly and looks equally as bad. I call White and they tell me that is normal, and there is not much they can do but send in the fabric for testing. After sending it in they tell me "a dog has been on the couch, nothing we can do. That is to be expected"After 6 months of use on a custom ordered high end couch, I am now left with a couch that requires blankets over top of it (their actual suggestion as to how to remedy the situation) all because I have a pet that I told them would be on the couch in the first place.I would not recommend this place at all, given the price to customer service level they preach.

I should have left this review about a month ago sooo thanks for your patience White Furniture!My leather conversation sofa and 2 beautiful recliners ended up being such a great choice and Tyler and Scott made the delivery painless! They brought in moving blankets (Taking great care of my cream colored leather!!) to put on the floor, wiped down the leather and even installed the felt tabs we had for the legs so my wood floors wouldn't be damaged! I'm a very picky buyer since I rarely invest in furniture - actually my former purchase was from White about 20 years ago HA! so I'm a great judge of quality, long lasting product.I'm so thankful to the patient staff at White who were honest about timing, quality, and even delivery. I tell everyone about White Furniture! Hope you stay in business for a long time. Don't go to box or chain stores for your furniture - go down to Biddle ave!

Wonderful people to work with. Everyone from the sales lady down to the delivery crew was very cooperative when we needed a very specific delivery time and date. Tyler and Scott arrived EXACTLY at the time requested and were very skilled. The entire transaction could not possible have been any more pleasant.

We received our new Sofa and Dining Room table today .They are both beautiful.The delivery guys Scotty and Tyler went above and beyond.Took our old sofa out for us and put the new sofa in .Both wore masks and took off their shoes.We really appreciated the extra effort . Both were extremely nice ,,they arrived on time and we’re in and out in no time . Great Job …
