Art of it was the installer. The majority of the window is cheap I am constantly getting cold air coming through it and quite frankly this is not the time of year I'd like cold air coming through. The windows don't lock properly, but, The worst part is there's no insulation I might as well just put a piece of plastic up over the window it's that bad.....

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Had mold inside our windows from their seals breaking over a year ago. 2 windows were replaced, the installer was given wrong sized windows for the remaining ones. We are over 6 months waiting on 2 windows, over a year for this whole process. Keep getting the same excuse of lack of drivers. Not sure how a company can allow a truck to sit in Ohio for over 6 months with their customers products loaded....how they stay in business if they let trucks sit for over 6 months beats me... I reached out to two other window companies who said they could get the glass in 4 weeks no problem...If you use this company be prepared to wait over a year for anything to get done.

I give multiple orders every month and they get all of them right I have been very lucky to have been involved with them through my business it helps every day to know I have someone that can get my orders correct and finish jobs on time

Very frustrated as my builder ordered 8 foot sliders for our new home 8-10 weeks ago... when the sliders arrived they delivered one 8 ft and a 6 ft slider. Builder keeps calling to inquire on new order but keeps being told ‘oh maybe next week’... this is unacceptable... I feel more should have been done, especially since it’s so difficult to get building materials at this time and since it was a company error. I’d like to see some attempt to compensate us for this unnecessary delay since completion of our home is being delayed.

As an OTR driver this place is a relatively easy delivery location.Located on south end of 862 building. There are 6 doors. They put me in door 5. Pretty easy drivers side back if you pull into the WalVac shipping area next door and back in.Receiving opens at 07:30.

The install was great but I can’t give a 4 or 5 star because days later I am still finding glass shards in my home. They broke all my old windows to instal new. I don’t know if normal. Guys where great and explained all my questions. Plus I really do feel took to long to get my windows
