I went into the store at 7pm to make a cash payment, and was told that they cannot take cash after 7pm. I know this is a lie, I've made payments before after 7pm. The girls name was Melody. Very bad service.

I came to this store because my store was rude to me. I spoke to Andrew the store manager and he was wonderful. I didn't have to wait at all, he had so much knowledge and helped me get a new phone that I love. Service was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely come back here

I’ve been a client of AT&T for almost five years and started with a different location. However, if I could have started with this location, I would have!
Tami, Andrew, and Melany are extremely friendly. I had hoped to lower my bill by the slightest and came in to discuss my options. Andrew went through my wireless bill and answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot. They didn’t feel pushy and understood that I wasn’t there to buy.
When it comes time to adjust things or even add things, this WILL be my location of choice.

Andrew and Tami at the Wyoming AT&T store are my heros!! They were able to help me recover my phone info after I dropped it and lost all screen visibility. They were amazing and definitely put in the extra time and work to get me back on track.

I recently visited AT&T and was lucky enough to be assisted by Andrew. Let me tell you, if customer service were a wildlife sanctuary, Andrew would be the flying squirrel of helpfulness, gliding effortlessly from one task to another with impressive agility. He not only addressed all my concerns but did so with the enthusiasm of a grasshopper on a sunny day!
Andrew's knowledge about the products and services was top-notch. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I left the store as a very satisfied customer. If you ever find yourself at AT&T, make sure to ask for Andrew - he's truly a rare and delightful find!

I recently visited the AT&T store and had an absolutely wild experience, thanks to Andrew, Melany, and Tami! These three are like a dream team of customer service, balancing the ferocity of tigers with the loyalty of dogs.
Andrew was as sharp and keen as a tiger, quickly pouncing on the issues I had with my phone plan. His expertise and speed in resolving the problem left me in awe. Melany, on the other hand, was the loyal and friendly dog, always there with a smile and a helpful attitude. She made sure I felt welcome and valued throughout my visit.
And then there's Tami—she’s like the perfect blend of both. She has the tenacity of a tiger and the warmth of a golden retriever. She went above and beyond to ensure I left the store not just satisfied but thrilled with my new service plan.

I went in to start a new service and Jacob my sales person was so nice ! After a month, I received my first bill and was very disappointed. Although he made my new plan sound wonderful, he failed to mention all the fees that came with starting a new plan with an Apple Watch. After asking him all about my 1st bill, so I understood what I was getting myself into, he was very clear on my bill being around 100-120. He did forget to mention the $35 service fee for each new device along with the other fees and being charged 1.5 months. I went in today and all the service lady had to say was “we’re human we make mistakes” and I understand humans make mistakes but dismissing my circumstance with no regards to the inconvenience to me is very inconsiderate. A credit to offset the non mentioned fee’s or even a sympathetic response could have been a lot more professional and customer service friendly. If I’m asking questions about my first bill and fees, you would think it would all be mentioned then and there so I am not surprised when I receive my first bill (as I obviously am). After switching from Verizon, hoping to find better customer service I am So disappointed with AT&T.
