This AT&T store is the BEST in the Grand Rapids area! The customer service at this location was phenomenal! Josh was so helpful & I am so glad this is the location I ended up at.

Waited over an hour and a half for an employee to help. Miguel ended up helping me and was very helpful and nice. Felt bad for the guy though cause he was working alone. Won’t be going back to that store.

Mike did an amazing job to help my wife and I with the new phone set up process. He went above and beyond our expectations and was very knowledgeable in his career. We came in close to closing time and even though the phones took longer to set up he stayed past closing time to help us finish the set up. My wife and I are very satisfied with this store and will be coming back to this one again. The best service we have got out of all the stores we have been to in the past . Great job in customer service! Putting the customer first don’t see that in most phone stores.

Terrible customer service. Isiah was the person who sold me my phone. He did not take the time to explain to me what exactly I was buying or exactly what it would cost me. While we were setting up my new phone he answered a personal FaceTime call and proceeded to have a personal call while I was right there. Extremely unprofessional. Very happy with my new phone but the experience was less than disappointing. Do not go to this store. Go somewhere else.

High praise for the manager of the Byron Center Road location in Wyoming Michigan! Mike is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I have had 3-4 interactions with him and over the last year and each one has been fantastic!

Very poor support after the sale! I cannot get our account priced correctly. The store manager agrees that we have a substantial credit coming, but she keeps passing the buck to other people. I purchased TV, Internet and phones from her and that location, not anyone else.
Very Disappointed!!
